Welcome to this guided meditation for astral projection to meet your loved one on the astral plane,
Getting into a comfortable position lying down,
Preferably on your back,
Maybe using fragrances such as mint or lavender,
Or if there's any incense you'd like to burn,
Creating an inviting atmosphere for you to project,
To call you into the astral plane.
If you need to pause the recording,
Pausing the recording,
Otherwise setting yourself up comfortably,
Maybe a pillow to support your head and neck,
A pillow under your knees to support your lower back.
It's important that your body feels supported and comfortable as we access your subconscious mind which lives in your physical body.
We want the physical body to be as relaxed and open as possible.
Softly close or lower your eyes,
Withdrawing from sensory stimulation of the outer environment,
Moving to the inner environment,
Aware of your body,
Then inviting your body to settle into that space,
Aware of the sensations of breath moving in and out of your body.
Eyes softly close or lower,
Breathe in slowly through your nose,
Exhale slowly,
Inviting in a few more rounds of slow breathing on your own.
After your next exhalation,
Allow your breath to return back to its natural state.
Gaze into the space of your mind behind your forehead.
Using the mind's eye,
Mentally form the image of a black circle with two white wings on either side.

This is the psychic symbol of the mind's eye.
As you gaze inward into the psychic symbol,
Mentally repeat to yourself,
My mind is aware.
My body goes to sleep.
My mind is aware.
My body goes to sleep.
Beginning to sense relaxation enveloping in and around your body,
Invite in any spirit guides to protect and guide you from afar as you project into the astral plane.
Consciously relaxing your body now as we enter into the turiya,
The hypnagogic state,
The state between meditation and dream.
Become aware of your right hand,
Sensing the fingers relaxing,
A warmth at the center of your right palm,
The back of your hand.
Imagine white light starts to pour down from the ether helping to dissolve your right arm,
Your shoulder,
The right side of your torso,
Right hip,
Melting your right leg,
Softening right foot,
Right toes dissolving.
Imagine the light pouring down upon your left hand,
Your left fingers,
A warmth in the center of your left palm,
Back of left hand,
Left shoulder,
Left side torso,
Left hip,
Left foot,
A sense of dissolution.
The light is able to go under your body and release and relax the back of the legs,
The back of your hips,
Your entire back,
Your entire spine,
Back of neck,
Back of head,
Crown of head,
Skin of your forehead,
Right nostril,
Left nostril,
Right ear,
Left ear,
Right cheek,
Left cheek,
Upper lip,
Front of neck,
Front of chest,
Upper belly,
Navel center.
This white purifying healing light shines all over your body,
Softening,
Melting the physical body into a state of complete receptivity,
Complete relaxation.
Become aware of your breath,
Aware of the breath moving in,
Aware of the breath moving out,
Aware of your breath as it moves in and out of your nostrils,
As it moves in and out of your belly.
With each inhalation,
Your belly rises.
With each exhalation,
Your belly falls.
Sensing the rising and falling as you mentally count your breath back from 15 to 1.
15 belly up,
15 belly down,
14 belly up,
14 belly down.
As you get closer and closer to 1,
Your body is going into a state of deep sleep,
Deep relaxation.
All your mind is aware of the countdown,
Aware of my voice when you hear it again.
Counting back at the pace of your breath now.
Imagine your body is heavy.
Imagine your arms heavy,
Your legs heavy.
Your whole body feels heavy and sinking.
Using your imagination,
Heaviness enveloping your body now.
Imagine your body feels light,
As light as a feather.
It's getting lighter and lighter,
Lighter and lighter.
Imagine your body is light and expanding,
Expanding out beyond your physical body,
Floating upward.
Sense your body floating in space.
Become aware of your mind space behind your forehead.
Imagine a black circle with two white wings on either side.
On the other side of the circle stands the loved one you'd wish to meet.
You float closer and closer to this black circle.
As you float through it,
You're pulled into another dimension.
Seeing the image of your loved one waiting for you on the other side.
As you move through,
You enter a dimension of no time,
No space.
As you greet them,
You see the expression on their face.
The features of their nose or mouth.
The clothes they're wearing.
The color of clothes.
The age at which they present themselves to you.
The fragrance.
The touch of their skin.
Ask them if there's a special place you'd like to go to together,
Or perhaps you're instantaneously transported to a place in time.
See where you're transported to now.
See where you are.
The objects around you.
Any sounds.
The temperature of the air.
Are there any smells or scents you're picking up upon?
All of your senses exist on the astral plane.
Use your astral senses to perceive this magical place.
Turn to your loved one to communicate,
Maybe telepathically,
Or through gestures,
Or through pictures and images.
See yourself sitting down with your loved one.
The affection,
The love between the two of you.
The kindness,
The recognition and the ease of being with this loved one in this moment.
You might ask them how they're feeling.
If there's anything they need,
Ask.
See how they respond.
What they show you,
Maybe in pictures or symbols or colors or expressions.
As you intuitively understand what this person communicates,
Is there anything you'd like to know from this loved one?
You may ask it now.
It's amazing that the interchange between the two of you occurs naturally,
Spontaneously,
Without any thinking.
You're able to just be and do.
Is there anything this loved one wants you to know?
You're in a safe space to communicate for these next moments.
Are there any words of comfort or security or reassurance that you'd like to offer?
Or maybe they would like to offer to you.
If there's anything that you'd like to say in closing,
Knowing this connection can never be broken.
Feeling this deep heartfelt connection between you,
Allow yourself to say goodbye for now.
Gently now,
Begin to float towards that black circle with two white wings.
As gravity pulls your astral body back down into your physical body,
Lying in your space.
You begin to sense the dimensions of your body.
Your feet up to your legs,
Feeling the dimensions of your torso,
Your hands in your arms,
Neck and head.
You're contained now within your physical body,
Lying comfortably in your space.
You feel whole.
You feel fulfilled.
Bring your awareness back to your breath,
Deepening your breath slowly.
As you come back into the physical dimension,
Reintegrate yourself slowly back into your body.
Taking your time as you do.
Honoring the journey that you've just taken,
And the unbreakable bond between you and your loved one.
Breathe in slowly.
Breathe out slowly.
