Hello everyone.
Right now,
I want you to simply stop everything you're doing.
Put down your phone.
And I want you to listen for the birds.
If you're near a window,
Look out the window.
If you're not,
And you're able to,
Close your eyes.
And simply listen for the birds.
Some of you may have been able to hear the birds.
Some of you may not have been able to.
But the point of it was not actually to hear any birds at all.
It was to simply stop.
Any thoughts on what might be,
On what was?
And only on what is,
In that moment,
The only thing we thought about.
Was where are those birds?
And you can feel that when we stop and we listen for those birds for one moment like this.
We stop everything we're doing.
In that moment nothing else matters except for her.
Present.
And our breath.
By doing that.
We're able to come back.
To ourselves.
Were able to focus in a way that we didn't quite learn traditionally.
Rather than focusing on what's in front of us.
We're focusing on simply what is already inside of us.
And we pause like that.
Nothing else matters for that moment.
And even though a moment may not last very long,
That moment can be repeated.
By simply stopping everything.
To hear or listen for those birds.
Coming back to yourself.
Coming back.
Your breath.
This is all you need.
Nothing more,
Nothing less.
And your breath.
Focusing.
Inside.
Not out.
So try it again.
Whether it's with this track or on your own.
When you're somewhere,
Stop.
Close your eyes or look out.
And simply listen for the birds.
So you'll find yourself again.
Completely,
Entirely in the present.
Thank you all for being here.
Always think yourself.
Namaskar to all of you.
Until next time.
