Welcome home to your body.

Welcome to your center.

Welcome to this space just for you.

This is your time to relax and receive.

Be effortless,

Dear one.

Let your mind rest.

Let your heart be easy.

Let your whole body soften.

Let your whole body soften.

Let your whole body soften.

Gather all of your awareness on your breathing.

Notice the place where breath first enters your body and trace the pathway from there to where it lands inside of you with gentle awareness.

Be the witness of your breathing body without judgment.

Simply noticing breath come and go in your body.

Let your awareness move with the breath.

Use your mind's eye to trace the trail of your breath with golden hues.

Breathe in and continue to trace the trail.

Pause with the breath and pulse golden light inside of your body wherever breath lands.

Exhale and breathe out golden light.

In the next cycle of your breath,

Gather anything weighing you down.

Attach it to the golden stream of your breath.

Let your breath carry your worries.

With the exhale,

Release whatever that may be.

Breathe it out.

Breathe it out again and again.

Inhale golden breath.

Pause with golden breath spiraling in your body and exhale golden breath into the area around you.

As you let go,

Let go of worries,

Feelings of inadequacy,

Anger,

Frustrations,

Or anything else you want to release.

As you release,

You make space for what you want to nurture inside of your body,

Mind,

And soul.

You are clearing and creating a fresh foundation for your experience.

What do you want to experience,

Dear one?

Breathe in the experience of your desires and how they feel to you.

Continue breathing in golden hues and spiral the golden light around inside of your body.

Let it stretch down into your legs and your toes,

Up into your head.
