Hello,

Beautiful soul.

Let yourself sink into your seat.

Whatever surface is holding you,

Melt into that space.

Feel yourself held in this moment by the surface beneath you.

Release into that.

Bring your awareness to the place where breath first enters your body.

Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Releasing a little more.

Breathe in through your nose,

Into the heart center,

And release from the heart center.

And in through the nose,

And release from the heart center.

And on your next inhalation,

Think of something that you are grateful for in this moment.

Someone,

Something,

Maybe some place.

And breathe that in with your next inhalation.

Breathing in something,

Someone,

Or some place that you are thankful for.

Feel that gratitude spread into your heart center and into the rest of your body.

And when you breathe out,

Exhale fully.

Sending the feeling of gratitude out into the room around you in a wave.

Send that feeling out into the space surrounding you and take it with you.
