Hello and welcome to this calm the overthinking mind meditation with me.
Find a relaxing place wherever you feel comfortable.
Take a deep breath in and slowly exhale.
Now whenever you ready I want your mind whatever it has been racing,
Rippling,
Questioning or worrying this is your invitation to slow down and relax your mind with me in next few minutes.
You do not have to follow every single thought.
You do not have to answer every question right now.
For this moment let the breath lead.
Let the mind take a step back.
Let your body feel safe enough to relax.
Just pure inhale and exhale.
Inhale the calm.
Exhale all your tension.
If your mind says what if,
Gently say right now I am here.
If your mind says I should have done that,
Return to I can only be present now.
If your mind says I need to figure it out all,
Return to one breath at a time is enough.
Notice how your thoughts do not need your full attention to keep moving.
You can let them pass in the background while you stay with your breath.
Soften your face,
Relax your neck,
Release your shoulders,
Unclench your hands.
You're not falling because your mind is busy.
You are simply human and your mind can learn to settle.
Take a slow breath in with me and a longer breath out.
There's no need to rush this process.
Calm does not need to arrive all at once.
It can return gently,
Quietly,
One breath at a time.
Silently repeat in your mind I do not need to overthink to be okay.
I can trust this moment.
I can allow my mind to rest.
Take one more smooth inhale and exhale with me.
Let your thoughts become quieter.
Let your breathing become easier.
Let your mind come home to stillness.
