Relax your forehead,
Soften your eyes,
Unclench your jaw and drop your shoulders gently.
If your mind feels crowded,
That is okay.
You do not need to push the thoughts right away.
You only need to notice them and let them move out.
Imagine your thoughts like leaves floating down a stream.
You do not need to catch them.
You do not need to follow them.
You can simply watch them pass.
Take a slow deep breath in along with me and exhale a little longer than you inhaled.
With each breath out,
Release one layer of mental noise.
Release your pressure,
Release that comparison thought,
Release the need to think about everything at once.
You are allowed to pause,

Feel the support beneath you,
Feel the body being held,
Feel the quiet making space.
