A simple and soothing meditation to help you reconnect with your calm from within.
This track gently guides you back to your stillness,
Safety and ease.
Idle for times when life feels noisy,
Busy or emotionally full.
Let this be a reminder that peace is always available inside you.
So whenever you're ready,
Bring your attention to your breath.
Just notice it.
No need to change everything.
Just find a comfortable position to lie down,
To sit or to support yourself.
Take a help of the back of your wall or of your bed.
Just sit,
Relax and listen to me carefully.
This is a reminder that peace is still here,
Even after noise,
Even after a stressful day,
Even after a long day.
Let your breath become smooth and natural.
Let your face soften.
Let your body receive the message of safety.
You do not need to find a perfect life to feel calm.
You do not need to everything to be fixed to feel peaceful.
You only need this moment.
Take a deep breath in slowly with me.
Exhale more gently through your mouth.
Now imagine a peace as something already within you,
Not something to chase,
Not something outside of you,
Just something you return to again and again.
With each inhale,
Invite stillness.
With each exhale,
Release the resistance.
Return to your breath.
Return to your body.
Return to the quiet place inside you that always remains.
Silently repeat,
I return to peace.
I return to calm.
I return to myself.
Take another slow breath in and gently breath out.
Let your shoulders soften.
Let your heart rest.
Let your mind settle.
You are allowed to feel peaceful.
You are allowed to be here.
You are allowed to come home to yourself.
Stay with this stillness for a little longer time and let peace become your natural state again.
