In the rush of daily life, our body often becomes a tool we use until it complains. This guided meditation is a conscious pause to shift from criticism to deep appreciation. We will move through a gentle practice of thanking the individual parts that compose your whole being your legs that carry you, your voice that connects you, your heart that feels for you. Return to this practice whenever you need to remember the incredible partnership you share with the body that holds you.

Hi Resilient Sunshine!

Thank you so much for joining me for this new meditation and today I invite you to find a comfortable position.

You can stay seated if that feels comfortable to you and I'd actually recommend you that.

Let's let's stay energized because today is a day for another gratitude practice.

So whenever you feel ready close your eyes and settle right in.

Settle in your body taking a deep breath in and a deep breath out and another one deep breath in and a deep breath out another one final one before going back to your normal breathing in deeply and exhale oh feeling the energy of the day flowing as we are resting in this position but not not necessarily feeling stiff in this rest you know you can move a little bit your shoulders you can move a little bit your hips your neck and as we feel in our body we're going to share a little bit of gratitude to this body that is holding us right here right now what can you specifically be grateful for about this body is it your legs that carry you all day is it your back that has all the tension of the week carried there is it about being grateful for your hips being grateful for your eyes that are able to see the sunlight every morning you get to wake is it your mouth that helps you speak up or your ears that help you listen in life we often tend to take things for granted focus on the challenges and especially as we have a lot on our plate and try to decipher where to focus on energy and what to get sorted the closest things to us tend to take the hit could be our loved ones be our friends our colleagues and our body so can we use this time right here right now to give our body some love be grateful for the space that allows you to smile be grateful with a voice that helps you speak up that helps you make someone's day with a little bit of encouraging words be grateful for this heart that helps you feel helps share the compassion the kindness that you have be grateful for your guts be grateful for these knees even if sometimes they give you pain they are still there to support you be grateful for these hands help you hold tightly what you cherish be grateful for his feet that take you to places all in all it only takes a few seconds or few minutes to give some love back to what we already have feel free to come back to this practice whenever you feel the need to re-center a little bit take a final deep breath in and out thank you lungs for this fresh air keeping us alive I'll leave you here and if you can take all the time you can afford here to sit with yourself a little longer cultivate this gratitude allow it to flow in your body fully allow it to feed this body of thankfulness for being there with you at all time even if it fails you sometimes because it needs its rest thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you with love and resilience I'll catch you next time
