With a master's degree in teaching, and in counseling & human services, along with a background in art therapy, she blends her passion for wellbeing, and creativity into her practice. As an artist living amidst the Appalachian mountains, she draws inspiration from the natural world around her. Her journey into meditation was sparked by David Lynch’s book, Catching the Big Fish, that opened her eyes to the powerful connection between inner exploration and creative expression. Monica is passionate about sharing the gift of Instinctive Meditation™ with others, so they may access their own innate ability to connect with their inner wisdom.
