Take few conscious deep breathings into your stomach and gently let it go through those.
Feel grounded.
Let go all other stuff which we don't need it right now.
Try not to concentrate on the chatter in the mind.
Now gently bring your attention to your breathing.
Observe as you inhale and exhale.
So the temperature of the air coming in and the temperature of the air leaving your body.
Bring your consciousness to the tip of your nose where you feel air make contacts as it enters and leaves your body.
Just be an observer.
Don't try to change.
Alter.
Let it be as natural as it can be.
It's natural for mind to wander.
As soon as you catch your mind wandering,
Gently bring it back to the breathing.

Keep observing your mind.
Any time it wanders,

Now visualize a white light coming from top of your head.
Penetrating through your body.
Cleansing and balancing all seven chakras.
Through your base to Mother Earth.
Let the grounding happen in the roots into Mother Earth.
Let the Divine Mother empower the energy back to your body.
With this awareness of the white light,
Expand this as a bubble.
Let the bubble be inside the bubble.
Let the white light protect you,
Shield you from any negative energies around us.
Any negativity dotted at us from anyone.
I dictate love and compassion to the inside of the bubble.
Rest all outside.
Now notice what is present right now with you.
Notice any sensations,
Any emotions.
Just observe sense.
Apart from the life source of breathing,
What else is present right now,
Right here?
Any movement,
Any situations,
Any habitual thoughts.
Just breathe into them gently.
Whatever it is,
What you notice,
Welcome it with an acceptance.
Allow it to be.
Don't judge,
Don't attach.
Don't try to change.
Your aim is not to react,
Not to change,
But remains still through any turmoil we'll go through in a day.
Just accept what it is that's arising.
Acceptance is non-judgmental,
Unattached.
Acceptance is not endorsement,
It's not our opinion.
We simply recognize and we accept it for our peace,
Inner sanity.
Acceptance is mindfulness and awareness of reality as it is.
As we accept,
We remove the resistance.
We don't fight anymore.
Just be present as you accept it.
Let go of all the questions,
Doubts.
This is how things are right here,
Right now.
Notice,
Welcome,
Accept.

Sense the whole body,
Breath,
The mind itself.
Open it to the freedom of acceptance.
Nothing needs to be changed or to be different right now.
This is how it is.
We are at the right place.
Let the silence and acceptance tap into the wisdom that acceptance brings to our lives.
Just hear out what you must need to offer to us.
Pay attention to the messages.
Just accept.
Open to receive.

As you connect to your inner wisdom,
To the higher self,
Ask the question,
What should I do now?
You shall receive the answer.

And yes,
I have to receive the answer.
Whatever the message is,
Don't change.
Just still you breathe to receive the message.
