Let's get started.
Let the music and sound sink in while we settle down in the meditation.
Take a deep,
Long breath.
Slowly exhale through your nostrils.
As the air comes in and goes,
Just monitor your nostrils and the tip of your nose.
Let the music and the Aum be in the background.
Use it to ground yourself.
Rate yourself 1 to 10,
Or 0 to 10.
How are you feeling right now?
You are one being very peaceful.
Thoughts are not bothering us.
10 being disturbed.
Thoughts are overpowering us.
If you rate it more towards disturbed sides,
Take a couple of deep,
Long breaths and let them go all at once through your mouth.
If you rate it more towards peace,
Take a slow,
Deep breath and slowly exhale the air through your nose.
Let's do for a couple of minutes.
While you breathe,
Let the thoughts be like a passing cloud.
Don't get attached to any thoughts.
Meditation is being present in this moment.
So let's not think about what happened before,
What's going to happen after the meditation.
Let's be present right at this moment.
Concentrate on your breathing.
As the air comes in,
Follow the air up to the belly and slowly let it go through your nose.
Don't try to change anything.
Don't alter your breathing.
Let the natural flow happen.
You'll be just an observer of your breathing.
Let everything go.
Nothing is important right now.
Bring attention inwards from external world to inside us.
Follow the breath.
Imagine yourself following the breath.
As the breath passes through your nostrils.
Visualize you're taking the breath into your brain via third eye to the crown top of your head.
Let all the muscles in your brain fire like electrical passing pulse.
Let the breath go slowly out.
Next breath,
Do the same thing.
Bring it up to your third eye.
Let the air cleanse and clear all our thoughts.
Let the breath cleanse our third eye.
Next breath,
Take up to your throat.
Let the air and breath cleanse your throat so that you can communicate clearly,
Precisely with love and compassion.
You can add blue color if you want to be more effective.
Let the next breath go up to your heart.
Let the breath cleanse all the toxins,
All the hatred.
All the stories we told ourselves.
Not good enough.
Let the breath fill your heart with the green color.
Let the self-flour pour into your heart.
Any situation,
Anything happen external to us should not get to our heart,
Should not impact us.
Anything impacted us,
Let us cleanse through this green breath which we are inhaling from divine.
What others perceive,
What others do.
What others tell,
What others might perceive us,
It doesn't matter to us.
Let's start loving ourselves so external factors doesn't impact us.
Let the next breath go up to your lungs.
Visualize a yellow color.
Let us cleanse that area with all the toxins.
All the negative energy we breathe in.
Visualize yellow color as it does its job cleansing it.
Let the next breath go up to the navel and belly.
Visualize an amber color.
Let the amber color and the breath cleanse all the gut.
All the doubts,
All the questions,
All the ego,
Let it go through.
Let all this exhale through your breath out of your body.
Take the next breath,
Take it up to your base,
Up to your spine or tailgate.
Visualize the red color.
Let the breath and red color cleanse all the uncertainties,
All the doubts.
All the doubts and questions we have about our existence,
Let them go.
We are safe and secured.
As we cleansed our body,
Let's visualize a white light coming from our top of our head.
Let it pass through,
Through your forehead,
Throat,
Heart,
In between the lungs,
Belly button,
Base.
Let it go through the Mother Earth.
Let our guides and divine energy protect us while we do the meditation.
Bring your attention back to your breathing and in space in between your eyebrows,
Just observe as a TV screen.
Let the thoughts come and go,
Don't get attached to any thoughts.
As we bring attention to inwards,
Let's put in intentional question how the external factors impact me,
My soul.
Why do I allow any external factor to impact me?
What's the relation between external world to our internal world?
What stories am I telling myself?
Do I have power to change my story?
Why am I not choosing the happy story?
Is it too hard to choose a happy story against a sad or a cursing or a story?
Let's put our ego,
Anger,
Any personality traits which are impacting our growth.
You don't serve us moving forward.
You're not what others think you are.
Every one of us are individual human beings.
We are spirit beings in a human body experiencing on this planet.
Concentrate on your breathing as the air comes in,
The air goes out.
Inhale,
Exhale.
Exhale,
Exhale.
Just present right in this moment as you observe each breath.
Feel the blessing and gratitude we have in this life.
Feel the joy the life brings to you.
We are kids,
Material,
Shelter,
Food.
Lucky we are.
Let the divine energy flow us,
Remove any sufferings.
Let all of us be free of sufferings.
Happy and compassionate towards each other.
Whatever we are going through right now,
Everything is temporary.
Let's be economists about every situation,
Whether it's good or bad.
Situations come and go as a passing cloud.
Once we're attached to it,
Our reaction to a situation causes the pain to us.
Let it go.
Let's be stable as the situations passes.
Let's be strong internally.
Let's bring all the attention to inside us.
As you silence your mind,
You feel the peace in patches,
You feel the silence.
In those silence,
Silent moment,
Listen to your inner self.
Let the intuition come up.
Let the guidance guide you through any situation you're going through.
Let you experience this silence.
Don't connect,
Don't attach to any thought.
Just be an observer of your thought.
Just be an observer of your breath.
As you breathe in,
Breathe out.
Your entire system becomes silence.
In this silence,
You hear yourself.
Your soul calls out for your purpose in this life.
Listen to that voice,
Listen to that intuition.
Feel the energy flow.
Let the positive energy flow through your entire body.
Let it vibrate to the highest frequency possible right now.
Let's raise our vibrations,
Where we tune into the divine energy frequency.
Let the silence bring the peace into your physical body.
With the silence and peace,
The equanimity comes along with it.
The happiness and sad is just a state of mind.
Let's be an observer.
Let's not attach to either emotions.
Let physical body pains and aches,
Let them be where they are.
Let the love and compassion fill us.
We enjoy the silence and peace within us.
Let's fill ourselves with this silence,
Peace,
Love and compassion which heals our soul and body.
Let's sit with this for few minutes before we pass it on to others.
Let's enjoy these moments.
Let's spread this happy compassion,
Love and compassion,
Silence,
Peace to our immediate family,
Pets,
Situations,
Vehicles and work.
Let's expand to our extended family,
Your colleagues,
Their families,
Anybody who might need this energy right now.
The more we share,
The more we get.
Let's extend this to the people whom we think least deserve,
Who causes the pain and sufferings.
It's not because they deserve it.
We want to let go all the anger,
Hatred from our system.
The more love and compassion we show on others,
We heal ourselves.
We forget the situations.
We forgive the people.
Let's extend to anybody who needs this healing energy right now.
Let's seek forgiveness from anybody who would have hurt.
We are prepared to change ourselves.
So let's seek the forgiveness.
Let's forgive anyone who caused us the pain or sufferings.
As we discussed,
Not because they deserve it.
We choose to let go all the anger,
Hatred which is burning us inside.
Let all the emptiness be filled with love and compassion within us.
Bring attention back to your inwards.
Let the entire physical body be filled with love and compassion.
Bring the same love and compassion to the external part of your body,
Around you.
Let the energy cleanse our aura.
Bring the attention to your physical body where you are sitting.
Feel your physical body.
Just remember that you can get to this state of happiness,
Peace,
Silence,
Any time of the day.
By just sitting with yourself and observing your breath and guiding yourself to look inwards.

Wiggle your legs,
Fingers,

Rub your hands and place them on your eyes before you open your eyes.
