Tina Hopkins is a certified mindfulness teacher and creative facilitator, and the founder of Mindfulness Ways. She offers gentle, accessible practices that support calm, clarity, and emotional well-being in everyday life. Her approach blends simple meditation techniques, present-moment awareness, and compassionate self-inquiry, making mindfulness feel practical, human, and welcoming rather than intimidating or rigid. Tina’s heart-centered teachings are informed by contemporary mindfulness research and her own personal practice. In addition to Insight Timer, Tina leads workshops and programs that integrate mindfulness with reflection and creative expression. Her work is rooted in the belief that small, consistent moments of awareness can transform how we relate to stress, creativity, and ourselves. Tina is a certified mindfulness and meditation teacher in the Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield tradition (MMTCP) and has completed mindfulness facilitator training through Brown University.
