Thank you for choosing to travel mindfully with us today.

This guided meditation is intended to be used while driving in the car or for any mode of travel that you're using.

We hope you use this piece as a self-reflection and contemplation on the topic of self-forgiveness and acceptance.

I invite you to bring all your awareness into this present moment,

Dropping into the seat that's supporting you,

Allowing your weight to sink down while heightening your awareness and focus on the road if you're driving,

Elongating your breath,

Slowing the breath down,

Allowing it to become long,

Deep,

And easy,

Noticing how the inhale and exhale flow together with ease while staying focused on the road.

And again,

Just contemplate,

What if I forgave myself,

What would that feel and look like?

What if I allowed myself to truly forgive myself?

Would it feel like you were letting go and allowing the bricks and weights on your shoulders to fall off?

Would it bring you a sense of peace?

Your best is always good enough.

You are worthy of forgiveness.

Could you begin to start forgiving yourself,

Little by little?

What if I haven't made any mistakes?

What if each choice and decision was just an opportunity to gain awareness,

Wisdom,

And information?

What if each choice didn't fall into a category of good or bad,

It was just information?

What if I accepted myself in this moment?

Remember things and people are outside of your control,

And your best has always been good enough.

I forgive myself.

I choose to forgive myself in this moment.

I accept myself as I am in this moment.

I allow myself to receive this forgiveness.

I choose to move in to self-love.

I am worthy of forgiveness.

I am worthy of love.

And you are not alone.

We are with you on this journey we call life that we are traveling through.

Thank you for traveling mindfully with us today.
