In this second episode of our Breathe & Drive series, you will be guided through a mindful practice of inhaling positivity. As you drive, you’ll be invited to breathe in qualities like self-love, self-compassion, and peace—and exhale any tension or things that no longer serve you. This meditation helps shift your inner state toward kindness and well-being, so you can carry a little more light with you on the road and beyond. Thank you for choosing to travel mindfully with us today.

This meditation is intended to be used while driving in the car.

If at any point you become too relaxed,

Please turn it off and save it for another time.

This meditation is part of our summer breathing series.

In this meditation,

We will focus on inhaling different aspects and releasing and letting go through the exhale.

So with each exhale,

You can release tension or release whatever is no longer serving you.

So with that,

I invite you to bring all your awareness into this present moment.

Notice how you're sitting in your seat and how you're holding your body and just placing your awareness in this moment.

Noticing your breathing while staying focused and alert on the road.

And with your next inhale,

Inhale self-compassion and exhale whatever is no longer serving you.

Continue to inhale self-compassion with each inhale and continue to relax and release tension with each exhale.

And now inhale self-love with each inhale and continue to release tension with each exhale.

Inhale positivity and light energy.

Notice how it feels when you inhale light energy and positivity.

Now inhale gold and white energy with each inhale,

Continuing to release whatever is no longer serving you on each exhale.

Continue to stay alert and focused on the road.

Now begin to inhale peace.

Relaxing deeper with each exhale.

Noticing what it feels like when your body,

Mind,

And spirit are at peace as you inhale and letting go with each exhale.

Inhaling well-being with each inhale and as you inhale well-being,

Think about what it would feel like to have such an amazing,

Healthy body.

And now inhale gratitude and self-appreciation with each inhale,

Continuing to release with each exhale.

Continue breathing like this for as long as it feels supportive to you.
