Thank you for choosing to travel mindfully with us today.
This meditation is intended to be used while driving in the car.
If at any point you become too relaxed or too tired,
Please turn it off and save it for another time.
This meditation is the third one in our summer breathing series,
And this one we are going to be breathing into the body.
With that,
I invite you to bring all your awareness into this moment,
Placing all of your energy here,
And allowing all your thoughts and worries to be set aside for a few moments.
So bring your awareness to your feet,
And with your next inhale,
Breathe into your feet.
Noticing the sensations there.
Notice what it feels like as you direct your breath to your feet.
Do you notice any tingling or buzzing sensations?
Now move the breath into your legs,
And as you inhale,
Direct the breath into your legs.
Noticing any sensations there.
Moving up into the pelvis.
Breathing into the pelvis.
You can relax and release tension with the exhale.
Sinking deeper into the seat.
Continuing to stay focused and alert on the road.
Breathing into your abdomen,
And relaxing the belly so it becomes soft with your inhale.
Noticing how it feels as you breathe into the belly.
Breathing into the lower back.
Moving up to the chest.
Inhaling and expanding the chest.
Expanding the heart area.
Can you sense your heart beating?
Breathing into the arms.
And now breathing into the chest.
Breathing into the hands.
Noticing any sensations in your hands as you inhale,
And focus the energy there.
Continuing to stay focused on the road.
As you breathe into the neck.
Releasing tension with each exhale.
Releasing tension from the upper shoulders with each exhale.
Noticing how it feels to breathe into this area.
Relaxing your jaw.
Breathing into your head.
Focusing your energy and awareness on your head.
Relaxing the tongue.
Softening the eyes.
Relaxing your forehead.
Breathing into your scalp.
And now breathe into your entire body at once.
As it's an entire field of energy.
How does it feel as your body breathes as one?
Noticing the presence here.
Taking a moment to notice how you feel in this moment.
Thank you for choosing to travel mindfully with us today.
Thank you for watching.
