Hey,

Welcome to your daily check-in.

Take a moment to find a comfortable seat.

Once you're settled,

Go ahead and allow your eyes to fall heavy.

Tune in with the breath.

Notice the steady rhythm of air coming in and out of the body.

How are you feeling mentally today?

What if any emotions arise for you?

Simply notice these feelings,

Then let them go.

How are you feeling physically today?

What sensations,

If any,

Arise within your body?

Notice these sensations without judgment.

Return to your breath,

Natural rhythm of air flowing in and out of your body.

Now take a deep breath in and a full breath out as you flutter your eyes open softly.

Begin to find some movement as you reawaken the body and begin to return to your day.
