She spent 1.5 years in India, learning from Ayurvedic doctors, yoga teachers and healers while teaching yoga, meditation and offering energy work in an Ayurvedic retreat. Today, her work weaves together modern, evidence‑informed approaches, training in neuro‑psychotherapy and traditional mind‑body practices. On Insight Timer, Miko offers grounded yet intuitive spaces: Human Design readings, guided practices and nervous‑system‑informed tools that help you regulate, reconnect and remember your own inner guidance. She is also the founder of CellYOUlar, where she develops nervous‑system‑based programs for healing and longevity, bringing together clinical insight, research and somatic practices to support change from the inside out.
