The Depths of Intuition Following Inner Currents.
Allow your breath to come soft and steady.
As your body begins to relax,
Imagine you are floating deeper and deeper into the ocean,
Beyond the reach of surface noise.
Here,
Everything slows down.
There are no distractions,
Only soft and gentle pulls of the ocean's current,
Guiding you inward.
In this space,
You sense the octopus nearby,
Calming,
Watchful,
Intuitive.
The octopus does not fight the current.
It surrenders to it.
It surrenders to the natural rhythm,
Flowing with ease and precision.
Now just take a moment to invite a part of you that feels uncertain or disconnected from your inner wisdom to come forward.
Let it come forward without judgment.
With the octopus as your guide,
Imagine yourself beginning to follow a subtle current through your body.
It's a gentle flow,
Moving from your heart to your belly,
And then from your belly to your throat,
And then from your throat to your mind.
But the current can go wherever it wants to,
Because this current knows,
It knows,
Exactly where it's needed.
It knows where it needs to go.
As you drift with it,
Notice sensations that arise,
Perhaps warmth and coolness or tingling.
Right.
Whatever sensations arise,
They need to be here.
They're welcome.
We're thankful for them.
Let this current show you what this part of you needs.
And go ahead.
Breathe deeply in,
Trusting the flow.
There's no need to force answers here.
Observe.
Listen.
Sense.
Feel.
Inhale,
Just welcoming in that deeper connection,
That richer connection.
And when you exhale,
Release any resistance,
Any pressure.
Anything that you no longer want to hold on to,
Just release it with your exhale.
Stay with this current for a few more breaths,
Allowing it to carry you exactly where you need to be.
It knows.
It knows.
Breathe in deeply.
Trust the flow.
When the time feels right,
Offer gratitude to this part and to your intuitive current.
See yourself slowly beginning to rise back up towards the surface of the water.
Carrying this quiet knowing with you.
Releasing gratitude as you float closer to the top.
As you return to your body,
Gently open your eyes.
Feeling refreshed and aligned.
Wiggle your fingers and wiggle your toes.
Release more gratitude and thankfulness for your parts,
For your intuitive current,
For your connection,
For all that was willing to be released.
