Greetings and welcome to today's meditation from the series,

You Are Remarkable.

It is okay to rest here.

This space is a pause,

A soft landing,

A breath between expectations.

You don't need to fix anything,

To plan anything,

Or to prove anything right now.

You can just rest.

Let your body exhale.

Let your shoulders drop.

Let your breath begin to settle your body in this space,

In this time.

Feel the shifts.

Feel the relaxation.

Allow the calmness to go through your nervous system,

To relax you more and more.

As you breathe gently in,

Allow yourself to imagine a safe place.

It can be real or imagined.

A quiet forest,

A cozy bed,

A warm embrace.

Wherever it is,

Let your body feel it.

Totally sink into it.

Let your parts know you don't have to hustle to be safe.

They don't have to carry the load all day.

Whisper inwardly,

It's okay to rest here.

I am allowed to slow down.

Rest is not weakness.

It is restoration.

Let your breath deepen a little bit more.

Feel your nervous system soften.

Just allow yourself to let go of urgency.

There's nothing wrong with you when you are still.

Stillness is medicine.

As this moment closes,

Know that you can return to this pause anytime.

Remember,

You are not lazy.

You are listening.

You are not broken.

You're becoming whole.

Let rest be your revolution.

Let it be enough today to simply be.

You are remarkable.

And you are allowed to rest.

And whenever you're ready,

Just wiggle your fingers and wiggle your toes.

Open your eyes and come back to your space.
