Greetings,
And welcome to another video.
And this one is entitled,
Connecting to Your Calm Center.
Beneath all of your parts,
There's a deeper presence,
A calm,
Steady,
Aware place.
And I'm going to invite you just to Notice that.
Sense into it.
Breathe in.
Allowing your breath just to travel where it may need to go.
And see if there's even a 1% shift.
Where you're noticing a little bit more calmness.
Where there's a little bit more.
Calm in your system or that is available to you right now.
It doesn't have to be.
An elaborate amount.
But even a small shift,
A small percentage,
Matters.
And if you're sensing that,
If the answer is yes,
I feel that.
I'm going to invite you just to stay with that for a little bit longer.
But if you haven't noticed a shift,
There is not more calm in your system.
Just notice the part that says,
There isn't a shift for me.
I haven't noticed anything.
And see if you can give that part just a little bit more space.
Allow it just to be there.
Letting it know that it's okay,
Whatever it's feeling,
Sensing,
Experiencing.
Because we're not trying to force anything.
We really do want to have the honest feedback from our parts.
Because it matters.
And that part can stay there as long as it may need to.
Or it might choose that this is not for it right now,
And that's okay.
But if the part of you noticed that there was a shift,
And that you got a little bit more access to a little bit more calm.
I'm going to invite you just to bring back your attention.
To their sense of calmness.
And see if you can invite in a little bit of curiosity,
A little bit more openness.
To that part.
Even if it's a little small.
Or it feels.
Tiny.
It's okay.
That openness.
That curiosity or even that sense of calm is what we may call self-energy.
And just notice how it feels in your body.
Notice how it feels a little bit different than what was there before.
And that energy or that essence.
Is not something that you have to create.
It's something that you allow.
Something that you give permission to.
That is okay for it to be here.
That is okay for it to share with you.
Self-energy does not force.
Itself.
It doesn't insist on having space.
It's respectful.
It's honoring.
It waits for permission.
It waits,
An invitation.
It waits for an openness.
And just notice how that lands inside of your system.
Notice how your system is responding to this.
And if it's at all possible,
See if you can just rest in that for a moment.
Even a glimpse.
Even a few seconds is enough.
It's an invitation to just dip your toe in.
And to see how that feels,
See what you notice.
Is not required.
It's a gentle invitation.
