Hello my friend,

It's time to slow down to rest your body and open your imagination.

Let's take a quiet journey together.

You don't need to do anything at all.

Just listen and breathe in and out and out.

Now let's take the journey together where your imagination can sparkle and play.

Let's begin.

Let's go on a journey together to the golden savannah.

Imagine standing at the edge of a wide sun warmed plain.

The tall grass whispers softly in the breeze and the air smells sweet with earth and wild flowers.

The sky is painted with soft oranges,

Pinks and purples as the sun begins to set.

A feeling of peace drifts over the land.

The day is ending and the animals are slowing down,

Just like you are now.

You take a deep slow breath in and gently out.

Let your body soften.

From the grassland ahead you see something move,

A flicker of golden fur and shadow.

Stepping silently into the open is Luna,

The leopard.

She is beautiful.

She is breathtaking.

Her fur coat shimmers in the sunset,

Covered in dark beautiful spots shaped like tiny flowers.

Each one is special.

Each one is different.

Did you know that no two leopards have the same pattern of spots?

Every single one is completely unique,

Just like every person in the whole world.

No one else looks,

Feels or dreams exactly the way you do.

Luna is proud of her pattern.

It is part of who she is and she reminds you that your own pattern,

Your thoughts,

Your smile,

Your laugh,

Your heart,

Makes you one of a kind too.

You smile softly,

Feeling a warm glow of pride inside,

Knowing that you are perfectly,

Beautifully you.

Luna gives a slow,

Gentle blink,

A leopard's way of saying hello.

She then turns and walks gracefully through the tall grass.

You follow her,

Your steps quiet and light.

The savannah glows gold around you and the air hums with the sounds of crickets and far away birds.

Slowly,

Gently,

Luna leads you towards a tall acacia tree.

With one smooth giant leap,

She climbs high up into the branches.

She then turns to look at you as if to say,

Come and see the world from my view.

You climb up carefully following her.

When you reach the branch,

You sit together.

Luna stretched out,

Her tail hanging down,

You resting beside her,

Feeling calm and safe.

From up here,

The world looks so big,

So peaceful.

You can see the river shimmering in the moonlight,

The grass rippling like waves in the soft gentle breeze,

And the stars begin to twinkle above.

Luna's breath is slow and steady.

You listen carefully in and out and out.

You let your own breath match Luna's.

Every breath makes your body feel softer,

Your mind quieter,

And your heart lighter.

Did you know that leopards are some of the best climbers in the world?

They can even carry their food up into trees to keep it safe.

They are strong,

Clever,

And independent,

But they are also calm and patient.

They know when to move and when to rest.

Luna shows you that both are important.

You can be powerful and gentle,

Quiet and brave,

All at the same time.

Isn't that wonderful?

A breeze brushes against your skin and the night begins to unfold like a dream.

The stars grow brighter and you notice something magical.

Each star twinkles in its own special way.

Luna looks up at them and then at you,

As if to say,

See,

Every star shines differently and yet together they light up the whole sky.

Just like every leopard's spots make the savannah more beautiful,

Every person's uniqueness makes the world brighter too.

Your thoughts,

Your kindness,

Your laughter,

Your heart,

They all add their own light to the world.

You breathe that in,

Feeling a quiet pride inside your heart as you are reminded that you are special,

You are needed,

You are enough.

You are so beautifully,

Uniquely you.

After a while,

Luna climbs down from the tree.

You follow her through the grass,

Toward a peaceful spot near the edge of a river.

The water shimmers under the moonlight and fireflies float through the air,

Their tiny lights blinking like soft golden stars.

Luna stretches out beneath another beautiful tree,

Her tail curling around her body.

She lowers her head onto her paws and closes her eyes.

You lie down beside her,

Ready to rest.

The earth is warm and soft beneath you.

You can smell the sweet scent of grass.

The river softly whispers,

Like a gentle lullaby just for you.

You feel your whole body relax from your head,

To your shoulders,

To your chest and tummy,

All the way down to the tips of your toes.

Now,

It's time to let Luna rest and for you to return back to this present moment.

Let's take a deep breath together,

In and out.

Now,

As you slowly bring your attention back to where you are now,

Remember this,

Just like no two leopards have the same spots,

You are one of a kind,

Special,

Beautiful and full of amazing power inside of you.

You are truly unique and special and the world is lucky to have you.

Take another deep breath in,

And gently breathe it out.

You may now continue to go about your day or lay down to rest,

Just like Luna.

Bye for now,

My friend.

You
