Hello,

My friend.

It's time to slow down,

To rest your body and open your imagination.

Let's take a quiet journey together.

You don't need to do anything at all.

Just listen and breathe.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Now,

Let's take a journey together to the icy,

Magical waters of the Arctic Ocean,

Where Nia,

The Narwhal,

The Unicorn of the Sea,

Lives.

Imagine you are standing at the edge of a snowy shore.

The world is still and quiet.

The snow sparkles like tiny crystals and the soft sound of the ocean hums in the distance.

You take a slow,

Deep breath in and out.

And as you exhale,

Imagine the cool air carrying away any worries or busy thoughts.

Now,

Step closer to the water.

The sea glimmers in shades of silver and blue.

Far out,

You see a smooth shape gliding just below the surface.

And from it rises a long,

Spiraling tusk that catches sunlight and gleams like a wand.

It's Nia,

The Narwhal,

The Unicorn of the Sea.

Nia lifts her head from the water.

And you see her kind eyes and her beautiful patterned skin.

A mix of grey,

Silver and snowy white.

Tiny crystals of ice sparkle on the waves around her.

She gives a cheerful little snort and sprays a puff of mist into the sky.

Her long,

Spiral tusk shines like something from a dream.

Did you know that Narwhal's tusks can grow up to three metres long?

Wow!

It's actually a tooth that grows right through their upper lip.

Scientists think it helps them sense the world around them,

Feeling tiny changes in the water and maybe even communicating with other Narwhals.

It's as if their tusk helps them listen to the ocean.

Nia twirls gently in the water,

Her tusk catching the light like a glittering ribbon.

She looks back at you,

Her eyes twinkling,

And invites you to join her.

Take a deep breath in and imagine gently slipping beneath the surface into the calm,

Blue world below.

The water feels cool and soft,

And sunlight dances down through the ripples in golden waves.

All around you,

The ocean is alive and peaceful.

Tiny fish glint like silver stars,

And ribbons of seaweed sway like green curtains.

You swim beside Nia as she glides gracefully through the water.

Each movement she makes is smooth and effortless,

Like a slow ocean dance.

She swims deeper into a world of glowing blue.

You can hear soft echoes and clicks and whistles,

The language of Narwhals.

Did you know they use these sounds to talk to one another?

Every whistle and click carries meaning.

A hello,

A song,

A story of the sea.

Nia's friends appear swimming in a small pod.

They move together in perfect harmony,

Their tusks gleaming softly in the light.

You notice how the tusks spiral in opposite directions.

No two are exactly the same.

Just like snowflakes or people,

Each one is unique.

Nia leads the way through a forest of ice crystals beneath the surface.

It's like a hidden palace.

Tall,

Glittering towers of frozen blue and white.

She brushes her tusk lightly against one of the ice walls,

And it makes a beautiful sound.

Like the soft ring of a bell.

For a moment,

The ocean seems to sing with her,

A song full of peace and wonder.

You listen quietly,

Feeling the calm rhythm of the water.

Feeling the steady beat of your heart.

And the warmth of being right where you belong.

Nia swims closer to you.

Her eyes are gentle and wise.

Her spiraled tusk glimmers softly as she moves.

She seems to say,

Every creature has its own kind of magic.

This is mine.

What's yours?

You think about that for a moment.

Maybe your magic is the kindness in your heart.

Or the way you imagine new worlds.

Or the way your body knows how to heal and grow.

Just like Nia's ocean knows how to stay alive and strong.

You realize that just like the unicorn of the sea,

You carry quiet magic inside of you too.

The magic of being you.

Now,

Nia leads you to her favorite resting place.

A calm blue lagoon hidden beneath a floating blanket of ice.

The light glows softly through the ceiling of ice above.

Painting the water in shades of turquoise and silver.

It's quiet here.

So quiet you can hear the gentle sound of bubbles rising.

And the slow rhythm of Nia's breathing.

She curls her smooth body and tucks her tusk gently beside her.

The water sways gently.

And a faint shimmer from above looks like stars dancing through the sea.

You rest beside her,

Feeling calm,

Feeling safe,

And feeling peaceful.

Now,

Let's take a deep breath together.

In.

And out.

Breathing in.

And out.

Your breathing and the ocean's rhythm become one.

Imagine you are curled up too,

In a cozy,

Glowing,

Ice blue lagoon like Nia's.

Safe and quiet.

Surrounded by cool,

Calm water.

Soft light drifting down through the ice.

And the gentle shimmer of the unicorns of the sea swimming nearby.

Now,

As you slowly bring your attention back to where you are right now.

Remember that calm and quiet feeling inside of you.

You can carry this gentle peace with you wherever you go.

And you can come back to this peaceful feeling whenever you are.

You need anywhere and anytime you need.

When you feel ready.

You may go about your day or continue to rest.

Thank you for going on this journey with me today.

Bye for now,

My friend.
