Welcome!

I'm really glad you're here.

Gently close your eyes now and take a slow,

Deep breath in.

And out.

And out.

Notice how,

With every breath,

A soft calmness spreads through your body.

Let yourself relax more and more,

With every exhale.

There is nothing you need to do,

Nothing to fix.

Now is just about being here,

With yourself,

In this very moment.

Let go of tension,

Let go of thoughts,

Let go of worries,

As you breathe out.

Now,

Gently bring your attention to your body.

Start with your feet.

Notice how they touch the ground or the surface beneath you.

Feel the warmth,

The weight,

The connection to the earth.

Now,

Move your attention to your lower legs.

Feel how your calves are resting.

Invite them to soften and to relax even a little more.

Let your breath help you with that.

And out.

With every exhale,

Let a bit more tension go.

Now,

Bring your attention to your thighs.

Notice how they touch the surface you're sitting or lying on.

Let your thighs relax.

Sinking deeper and deeper into that comfort.

Now,

Bring your awareness to your belly.

Feel how it rises and falls as you breathe.

Let your breath gently calm this space too.

Everything can soften now.

Your head feels lighter and lighter.

And now,

Imagine you're in a warm,

Beautiful and safe cave.

And in front of you,

Partly hidden in the earth,

You see a gemstone.

It's glowing quietly.

It's special,

Strong and precious.

It's still in its raw shape.

Its light shines more from the inside,

As if it's waiting to be seen.

And while you're looking at this gemstone,

You realize that it represents you.

Your soul and your true self.

With every breath,

You feel more connected to this gem.

You can feel its worth,

Its beauty,

Just as it is.

This gemstone doesn't need to be perfect.

It has small cracks,

Marks of time and pressure.

But all of these don't take away its value.

They make it unique in the first place.

And while you're looking at it,

You begin to understand its beauty comes from its realness,

Its depth.

And just like this gem,

You have your own depth and realness.

Your own story.

Every mark,

Every edge tells of something you've been through and grown from.

These experiences made you who you are.

They gave you strength.

They gave you the light you're shining today.

Every time you loved,

Hurt or learned,

Your light grew stronger and stronger.

You are just right and actually more than enough,

Exactly as you are.

And with each breath you're taking in,

Your inner wisdom becomes clearer and clearer.

My worth is always there,

Even with cracks,

Even with scars.

The gemstone you see now starts to shine brighter.

A deep warm light flows from within,

Shining through every crack and line.

Brighter and brighter.

If you like,

You can imagine reaching out of the gemstone and gently touching it.

Feel how its energy connects with yours,

How its light becomes your light.

This gem is part of you and it always has been.

And you know,

You can carry it with you.

It's yours to keep.

Take a few deep breaths and feel a strong connection.

Feel the light and warmth of the gemstone inside you.

You can hold it gently in your hand and feel the safety,

The strength and the deep truth.

You are valuable.

You are strong.

You are one of a kind.

And you are enough,

Always.

Now you may start to feel ready to return.

Let the gemstone stay safe in your hand as you bring your awareness back to this moment.

Feel the ground beneath you,

Feel its support.

Take a deep breath in and let the fresh energy fill your body.

If you want to,

You can begin to move your fingers and toes.

Maybe you'd even like to stretch a little.

And when you're ready,

Come back into the room,

Into the now and slowly open your eyes.
