I've created this meditation as it's something I currently need in my life. Here's a run-through of what you can expect in this meditation. Next, it focuses on body and mind awareness to ground yourself in the present moment. The meditation then guides you in actively cultivating optimism through visualization and positive affirmations. You'll also create space to acknowledge potential challenges while maintaining your hopeful perspective. Additionally, you'll set intentions for how you'll bring optimism into specific parts of your day. The session concludes with a gentle closing, offering optional affirmations to carry with you throughout the day.
