Find a comfortable position,

Either sitting with your back straight or lying down.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath.

As you exhale,

Feel the tension leaving your body.

Roll your shoulders back.

Gently turn your head from side to side,

Releasing any remaining tightness in your neck.

Imagine yourself standing on a mountaintop.

You're dressed in the armour of a warrior,

Strong and unyielding.

Feel the weight of this armour,

How it protects you but also how it restricts your movement.

Take a deep breath and focus on your chest.

Beneath the armour,

Visualise a warm,

Glowing light.

This is your heart,

The source of both your strength and your vulnerability.

Picture yourself slowly removing pieces of your armour.

As each piece falls away,

Feel yourself becoming lighter,

More agile.

Notice how this feels,

Perhaps a mix of freedom and uncertainty.

With your armour gone,

The light from your heart glows brighter.

It may feel intense,

Even uncomfortable at first.

This is normal.

Breathe into this feeling.

Envision this light expanding,

Filling your entire body.

As it does,

Recall a time when you felt emotionally exposed.

Instead of pushing this memory away,

Hold it gently in your mind.

Recognise the courage it took to be vulnerable in that moment.

Now see yourself standing tall,

Your heart light radiating outward.

This light is your true strength.

In this state,

Think of someone you trust.

Imagine sharing a feeling with them that you usually keep hidden.

Notice how this sharing doesn't diminish your strength but enhances it,

Creating a connection.

Take a moment to appreciate this new form of power.

The warrior who is strong enough to be vulnerable,

To feel deeply,

To connect authentically.

As you prepare to return to your day,

Know that this strength is always within you.

You can access it any time by opening your heart.

Slowly bring your awareness back to your body.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes.

Carry with you the knowledge that true strength lies in the balance of power and vulnerability.

Your warrior's heart is capable of both protecting you and connecting you deeply with others.
