A guided meditation to attune to your body, through following your breath, relaxing into the present, and following my voice. Expect to be guided to a place where you can attune to your body, offer deep healing, and release anything that you are holding onto that no longer serves you.

Hello and welcome.
I hope you found this meditation well on the meditation and the home.
This meditation is going to take you into a deep relaxation scanning through the body bringing our awareness into the anxieties and stresses that we are holding on to our physical body and through this gentle scan we're going to bring awareness into how these stresses shape our physical body and how they can have a profound effect on our health and just bringing the awareness into releasing,
Renewing the feelings and emotions that may arise as you meditate and bring your awareness into these areas of your body and just really being aware of what comes up and knowing that you are in a safe space yeah and you can release and let go and just hopefully feel at the end of the meditation a little bit lighter,
A little bit more present and a little gentle shift in your emotional and physical being.
So we will be taking a lying down position for this meditation so once you are ready lying down on the ground on your mat to wherever you may be I'm just gently placing your arms to the side of your body,
Palms facing up to the ceiling and as we begin I just want you to gently close down your eyes just getting yourself comfortable noticing your breath,
Breathing in breathing out breathing in and breathing out and just gently following your breath just for the next minute breathing into that fullness of your ribs and your belly and softening bring your awareness from the outside world into yourself into the center of your being and if you want to connect with that for a moment you can place your hands just onto your heart space and take some nice deep nourishing breaths here and before we begin we can really just imagine in between the center of our forehead a white light just starts to swirl and fall in the air as we breathe in that light it expands and grows and as you exhale I want you to feel that white light rush from the top of your head down through your body out through the base of your feet and you can repeat this as many times as you like breathe it in feeling that white light and as you exhale feel that white light just rush and wash from the top of your head out through the base of your feet and this white light is just here to wash away any energy any stagnant energy that's going to hold you back from this relaxation release any fears any worries imagine this white light almost washing away your energy so you are starting this meditation with a clean slate a blank canvas and then you can take this white light and expand it around your body and just take a moment to ask your angels or ancestors to come forward offer protection offer light as you go through this guidance and we're going to start bringing our awareness with our breath into our head take our awareness between each ear inside our head notice any mental tension that you are holding on to and if so breathe in all the way and when you exhale I just want you to tell your body bring that awareness into this space and say to yourself it's okay I'm safe you can release any mental tension and hold it on to you and just repeat this as many times as you may like until you feel like it starts to relax and as you do this process just relax your cheeks soften your lips rest in your tone with the back of your teeth rest in your eyelids closed breathe in all the way in when you exhale just say to yourself just release any mental tension you are holding on to and then remove our awareness down to our shoulders and this area if we hold intention can mean that we carry in the weight of the world here maybe we have a lot of responsibilities or the burdens that we're holding on to so I want you to just bring your awareness to your shoulders breathing in feeling that white light in your shoulders and as you exhale just release and say to yourself I release all the weight off my shoulders release any burdens and just do this as many times as you may like breathing in to your shoulders just feel the weight the world just release as you exhale and you are safe here as you meditate you can release that tension you can let go and then just notice any feelings that might start to arise as you release this tension in these areas I'm gonna jump you move down into my chest just into my heart space into an area where we may feel some heaviness of grief of sadness in our chest I'm taking that white light breathing all the way in and as you exhale feel your chest sink into the earth and just say to yourself I release all sadness from my body release all the sadness and just let your feelings surface notice what comes up and use that breath as your guidance to just release and let go do this as many times as you may like feeling into your chest releasing any heavy emotions that your body is holding on to bringing your awareness down through your arms all the way to your fingers and while we're here I just want you to imagine I'm feeling heavy your fingers softening your palms releasing up to the sky taking any tension away from my hands if you're holding a fist try breathe in and imagine your white light anything that you're holding on to it's time to release and let go so breathing in when you exhale you're just gonna soften tell your body just to let go it's time to let go open your fingers open your palm as we do this we are just opening ourselves and our body out to the universe allowing that energy to come in through our palms through our body and into our heart and it's okay to do this you are safe breathing in through your nose and softening your exhale bring your awareness now down into your belly into your hips noticing your breath that rise and fall of your belly breathing in and out and this is the area where we might hold on to any thoughts or feelings about ourselves any self-doubt our self-esteem and just take a moment just to tune into this area how does it feel imagine that white light traveling down to your belly and your hips breathing deeply and as you exhale just tell your body just to release any emotions or feelings that you may think about yourself that do not serve you that are not true tell yourself that you believe in yourself that you are worthy you are strong you are kind you are beautiful and just release anything that does not serve your highest self your highest good feel your belly relax feel the safety of your hips all in you in this space and just say to yourself a couple of times I am safe I'm present I love myself breathe it all the way in it just relates let go of any self-doubt finally we're going to take your awareness down through your thighs knees ankles and toes and I want you to imagine like the roots of a tree from your hips they're pulling you down into the earth connecting you breathing in and out and those roots are just going to allow you to fully surrender you are safe here to let go to release anything that your body is holding on to that does no longer serve you release all the tension connect through your roots release let go and just be present with your breath in this moment feel that white light rush from your head down through your toes one last time just surrendering and letting go anything just not safe your body your soul and your spirit take a moment just to enjoy this stillness at your mind surrender and anything that may arise any feelings or emotions just let them come into your mind feel into how it feels and follow your breath just gently start to bring your awareness slowly into your body to your fingers your toes the sensation of your skin your breath and after this meditation I do and you just to grab maybe a journal or write down anything that may have come up and to do this frequently connecting to your body notice areas of tension or maybe injuries that you might be sustaining and just think about how to release that emotional tension that we are holding in our physical body and this meditation can do just that it's just a gentle reminder to take a scam down notice how your body is feeling notice your emotions your spirit use that white light just to guide you with your breath to release replenish and relax thank you so much for joining today I
