Attention is often drawn to what hurts,

To what's tense,

To what feels wrong.

This moment is an invitation to look elsewhere.

Notice what isn't tight,

What isn't asking for attention.

What feels neutral,

Or simply present.

You don't need to search,

You don't need to scan.

Just let awareness rest naturally where there is already ease.

Even a small area of softness changes the system,

It reminds the body that not everything is contracted.

You don't need to fix the tightness,

You don't need to make it disappear.

Just noticing ease allows balance to begin returning.

Some days this will feel subtle,

Other days almost unremarkable.

Both are enough.

Let attention rest where there is no struggle.

And allow that to be sufficient.
