This is your time to simply be.

To allow your body to rest in the stillness of the here and now.

Allow yourself to observe all noises and sensations as simply passing phenomena.

The brushing of the winds through the trees.

The traffic on the road.

Your thoughts in your mind.

All variations of passing phenomena.

You are simply the observational stillness that sits behind all of these passing phenomena.

You are the blue sky which sits just behind the clouds.

Always present.

Always there.

We're not going anywhere.

And if you ever feel like you're getting caught up in the rush of thoughts.

Caught up in the chaos of the world.

Know that you always have a refuge of clarity within.

And it begins by watching the breath and observing all of life.
