I really liked what was said here. In Al-Anon one of our slogans is “Look back, but don’t stare.” Look in the past but don’t remain there. I love the fact that Mr. Komes emphasizes that we can change how we understand the past which in turns changes our present and future. Spot on. Now I just gotta figure out how to do it.
