This is a special and glorious day.

A day to celebrate you.

It's the day to celebrate the moment you took your first breath on planet earth.

A day to realize how amazing and miraculous and timeless that first breath of yours was.

Take a long deep and deliberate breath to celebrate your first breath now.

Breathe deep,

Deeply as though it is your very first breath.

And as you breathe now,
