Aloha Little Dreamer!
And welcome back.
To Manas tropical world.
Place and where you're safe and cherished.
Exactly as you are.
Maybe today was a big day.
Maybe you ran and played.
And love.
And maybe there's still a little bit of excitement left inside you.
And just wanting to get out.
So before we fly off tonight,
You need a little bit of your power first.
Like a shooting star.
Charging up before it streaks across the whole night sky.
And the most exciting part is that power is already inside you.
And get comfortable in your bed.
And settle in nice and snug.
Now,
Curl both hands into two tight little fists.
Squeeze tighter and tighter still.
As if you were catching all of today's excitement and holding it inside.
Hold it for a moment.
And feel how strong your hands are right now.
And now.
.
.
Let go.
Slowly,
Open your fingers like a flower blooming open.
And feel everything in your hands turn soft.
And war.
Now in your shoulders.
Pull them up to your ears.
Really tight.
As if they were turning into two little mountains.
Hold.
And let go.
Like snow gently sliding off a warm roof.
And now your whole face.
Scrunch up your eyes.
Your nose.
Your mom?
Tight,
Tight,
Tight,
Like a little raisin.
A hold,
And let it all go soft again.
Can you feel that?
And that's a real superpower and you just used it.
You can gather tension in your body.
And then simply open your hands and let it go.
Or whenever you want.
Know that your body feels so light and calm.
Let's do one more special thing.
Think of three little things from today that were good.
Maybe something delicious.
Or maybe a moment you felt proud of yourself.
You don't have to say them out loud.
And just let them glow like three small and warm lights in your heart.
And you know what?
You did all of that completely on your own.
With your own wonderful self.
Now take one more deep breath in through your nose.
As if you were breathing in warm tropical air.
And breathe out slowly through your mouth.
As if you were blowing a tiny cloud across the night sky.
Your body is heavy and calm now.
Like a little boat gently rocking on the water.
And now.
.
.
And feeling calm and ready.
Your adventure begins.
And right in front of you.
An old,
Ivy-covered wooden door appears in the middle of the thick forest.
Right where there was no path just a moment ago.
Carved into the door is a silver moon.
Which begins to glow softly.
All around you and the air smells of worn moss.
And the first cool dew drops settling onto the leaves.
And you gently push the door open.
And a warm golden light pours out to meet you.
Sitting on the doorstep is a slender creature.
With shimmering silver fur and gleaming in the light like a liquid moonlight.
A small fox with clever,
Amber eyes and ears that twitch softly.
As if listening to the silence itself.
I'll know her little friend.
The fox says.
Her voice soft as velvet.
I'm Sila.
I've been waiting for you.
Come with me.
The Academy of Starlight Magic is expecting you tonight.
You and you follow Celeb through the door.
And behind it,
A steep spiral staircase made of warm,
Honey-colored wood winds upward.
Past candles floating in the air.
Flickering without ever dripping.
See less paws,
And barely make a sound on the steps.
In just a soft little pattern.
Like raindrops on a leaf.
Every step you climb,
" Scylla says quietly.
Leaves a little piece of your day behind you.
At the top.
A large,
Round room opens up.
Its domed ceilings scattered with countless tiny stars that drift and shift like a living night sky.
Some stars are tiny and white.
Some shimmer a soft turquoise.
Sun and glow warm orange like little faraway sunsets.
In the middle of the room stands a large round table.
Made of polished moonstone.
Holding small glass vials filled with sparkling stardust.
Each one,
A different color.
Tonight,
You learn the most important spell of all,
Scylla says,
Settling gracefully onto her haunches.
Not what they want.
And with your heart.
Sila leads you to one of the vials,
Filled with golden dust.
In this one She explains.
Is the dust of courage.
Every time you tried something new today.
Even though you felt a little scared.
A tiny grain of it drifted into this vial.
You hold the vial carefully in your hands.
And feel a gentle wind blowing through the glass into your fingers.
All the way to your chest.
I am brave.
Even when sometimes I feel scared.
You whisper softly.
Scilla shows you a second file.
Filled with a soft shade of pink.
This is the dust of kindness.
For every smile you gave away today,
For every little bit of help you offered someone.
I am kind and that makes me strong.
You whisper.
Sila leads you further through a narrow archway.
Out.
Out onto a wide open terrace,
Arranged like a garden.
Except,
Instead of flowers,
Small sparkling star buds grow from the ground.
And gently.
Opening and Closing like breathing lights.
And this is where every star grows before it's allowed into the sky,
Sea Lakes Plains.
Settling down beside you in the soft silvery grass.
Each one or was once a small,
Brave or loving moment in someone's day.
A few other children in white velvet cloaks wandered between the starbuds.
Some embroidered with purple patterns,
Some with deep blue ones.
And they wave to you kindly.
But no one here needs to prove anything.
Everyone is simply allowed to be.
Sometimes,
Scylla says softly,
Her tail sweeping gently across the grass.
Young witches.
And wizards think magic means being powerful.
Being loud.
Always winning.
But the strongest magic of all is the quiet kind.
And being brave.
Even when you're scared.
And being kind.
Even when it's hard.
Trying again.
Even when something doesn't work the first time.
She hands you a small,
Glittering feather,
Which seems to have grown from her own silver fur.
Hold it tight.
And think of something that mattered to you today.
No matter how small.
And you close your eyes and the feather begins to glow softly.
A warm and gold light flowing through your whole hand,
Up your arm,
All the way to your heart.
I'm allowed to make mistakes and still be good,
You whisper.
The feather lifts gently out of your hand and drifts up into the starry sky above you.
Where it turns into a brand new,
Tiny,
Sparkling star.
One that will stay there forever.
You Every brave,
Loving moment,
Scylla says quietly.
And becomes a star in the sky.
And you've already gathered so many today.
More than you might think.
Sila leads you back into the starlit hall.
To a large round window.
Beyond which towers and turrets rise into the starlit sky.
With sparkling banners drifting gently in the wind.
From here,
You can see the whole academy.
And dusted and soft.
And glittering stardust.
Calm and peaceful beneath the moon.
Before you go,
Sila says,
Curling up warmly against your side.
Her fur soft as the finest woollen blanket.
And there's one more thing.
I want to tell you.
You don't need a wand.
To be special.
You don't need a crown.
A cloak.
Or a badge.
You already.
Are everything you're meant to be.
Outside,
It begins to snow softly.
Tiny,
Glittering snowflakes that shimmer gold before dissolving.
Like little wishes that come true the moment you let them go.
The day is over,
You whisper,
And I'm whole.
I am enough exactly as I am.
You whisper.
Scylla leads you back to the spiral staircase.
And with every step you take down.
Your body grows heavier.
Calmer.
And warmer.
Like sand slowly settling at the bottom of a stream.
And you don't need a wand to be special.
Scylla whispers as you go.
Her voice burning more than a breath.
You already are.
And the old wooden door closes gently behind you.
And the silver moon carved into it slowly fades.
Until it disappears completely.
Ready to let you win again.
Whenever you wish to return.
Mm,
Very well done,
Little dreamer.
Take this feeling of calm.
And comfort with you into your dreams.
And remember.
There is something very special inside of you.
Your heart.
Knows the way.
Good night.
