Aloha and welcome to Manas tropical world,
A place where you are safe and cherished.
Let's embark together on today's course adventure.
All you have to do is find a cozy and comfortable place and focus on the sound of my voice.
I'm here to guide you.
Let's start and begin the adventure.
Lay down on your back and slowly and gently close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and let all the air out slowly through your mouth.
Let your body get soft and still because today we're visiting a very special place,
The town of Konkars,
Where cars and trucks learn how to feel peaceful and strong inside.
In the middle of the town,
The sun is warm and golden.
All the cars and trucks are lined up for the Konk parade.
There's a tiny red car,
A slow blue truck and a spunky yellow taxi and even a giggly green tow truck.
They're not racing today.
They're doing something even more important.
They're practicing calm bodies,
Kind thoughts and happy hearts.
So let's join them,
Shall we?
The little red car looks down at its wheels and says softly,
My wheels are still and resting.
Can you make your feet and toes still too?
Let them get soft like the warm rubber in the sunshine.
The blue truck wiggles its big doors and says,
My doors are strong and steady.
Let your legs be steady too,
Heavy and relaxed.
The sparkly yellow taxi checks its soft,
Squishy seat and says,
My seat is calm.
I breathe slowly.
Take a slow,
Gentle breath in and out.
Feel your tummy rise and fall,
Just like the taxi's comfy seat.
The green tow truck polishes its shiny windows and says,
My windows shine with kindness.
Let your chest feel warm and bright,
Like a window letting sunshine in.
The tiny red car blinks its headlights and whispers,
My lights are soft and peaceful.
Let your face relax and let your eyes soften like gentle headlights glowing at night.
Now the car parade begins.
The cars roll forward slowly,
Quietly,
And as they drive,
They practice their positive thoughts.
The blue truck rumbles proudly,
I am strong.
I can do things step by step.
I try my best even when things are new.
The yellow taxi hums happily.
I can slow down,
I can breathe,
And I can find quiet inside.
The red car toots a tiny horn and says,
I am brave.
I learn things every day.
The green tow truck smiles and says,
I notice good things.
I'm thankful for my friends riding beside me.
And all the vehicles beep softly together.
We belong,
We help each other,
We are a team,
And we are never alone.
The parade makes its way to the end of the road where a magical rainbow traffic light glows.
But this light is different.
The top light doesn't mean stop,
The middle doesn't mean slow,
And the bottom doesn't mean go.
Instead,
They shimmer with special messages just for you.
You are calm.
You are strong.
You are kind.
And you are loved.
Can you repeat those affirmations with me?
I am calm.
I am strong.
I am kind.
And I am loved.
Great job!
The cars and trucks settle into a cozy parking spot.
They rest with their wheels,
Breathe soft engine breaths,
And feel proud of their calm parade.
Take one more gentle breath in,
And out.
When you're ready,
Wriggle your fingers,
Wiggle your toes,
And remember that you can always return to this calm world anytime you want.
Just close your eyes,
Take a deep breath,
And you'll be there.
Now,
My little dreamer,
It's time to rest.
Drift off to sleep feeling safe and loved,
Knowing that you have the power within you to be a hero in your own way.
