Rather than creating a new state, Jnana meditation invites us to see clearly and realize through awareness what is already true within. In this guided meditation on neutrality (Madhyasthata) and Being, we reflect on balance, polarity, cause and effect, and the complementary nature of opposites. By observing pleasure and pain, gain and loss, closeness and distance without judgment, we begin to soften ego, release reactivity, and enter a deeper state of equanimity, clarity, and inner stillness.
