Are You Lost Or Is It A Detour?
by Levi Cosmo
This track provides personal and channeled messages that I gathered today from the detours I had during my hike. I speak about symbolism, trusting spirit, trusting our intuition, and being in a meditative mindspace. This track provides beautiful reminders from spirit, in which all can benefit from. Thank you listening.

Welcome.
My name is Levi and today I want to share about an experience with you and it's something that,
Well,
These types of experiences are experiences that I find both fun,
Interesting,
But most importantly hold a very deep and meaningful message that come from spirit.
So today I was coming back from bingo which was very fun.
I always enjoy that,
Having my little social hobbies with people that are,
You know,
Supportive and welcoming and very friendly.
Very much appreciate that.
So I was coming back home and I'm not too familiar with the entire area here yet.
So I was coming back home and I had decided that I wanted to take a different way home.
So I took a trail that haven't taken before and,
You know,
I took the trail mainly because I just I love trails,
You know.
I love the forest.
I love being able to smell all the flowers and the trees and to listen to,
You know,
All the little creatures that live inside,
You know,
Those forests and,
You know,
Just seeing,
Like seeing the trees dance and,
You know,
Hearing the branches,
You know,
Move and sway,
You know,
All that.
I just I love the look of it,
Love the feel of it,
The sounds,
Everything about it is just very special to me.
So whenever I go into the forest I just love to forest bathe,
Take it all in,
Go into a meditative trance and just really soak in all of that beautiful,
Beautiful energy.
So I get into this this beautiful trail that I haven't been down before and,
You know,
Enjoying every second of it.
It's very quiet,
Not a lot of people are around and I come out of the trail and I I hit a park.
So I am I'm at a park and I was actually very very grateful for that although I thought it was gonna be the street that I was looking for and it wasn't.
It was very close to the street.
So I decided,
You know what,
I haven't been to this park yet.
I have wanted to go for quite some time so this is my chance to go.
So I went through the park and I just decided to take my time,
You know,
Walk slow,
Really enjoy,
You know,
All the all the greenery around,
All the space and the quietness.
So I keep walking and I'm in my meditative trance while I'm walking,
Paying attention to each step I take,
Each breath I take,
You know,
All the all the trees,
Dancing,
Any sounds from animals.
And so I keep walking,
Keep walking,
Then I see,
You know,
Kids are playing and they're laughing and they're smiling and they're having fun and the parents are smiling back and laughing and,
You know,
It was really beautiful to see all these parents,
You know,
Really taking the time out of their day to not only be present for their children but to actively participate in their children's life,
To give their child their undivided attention.
And it was just so beautiful to see.
So that was a very special moment that I'm grateful to have witnessed on my walk.
And so anyway,
I take that in and I keep walking and I come out to a road.
And,
You know,
By this time,
All the walking I've done,
I'm starting to get a little tired because I had been out for for quite some time already.
And I don't do too well physically in the sun.
I physically cannot handle a lot of sun.
So I was already starting to feel a little,
A little off,
Not too bad,
But a little off.
So I said,
Okay,
You know,
I'm just gonna put the maps on,
You know,
Because I didn't really know where I was other than the park.
I knew that was about it.
And so I put on my maps and,
You know,
I was thanking spirit,
You know,
For this beautiful hike that I had so far and,
And,
You know,
Also that I was looking forward to getting back home and resting,
Relaxing,
You know,
Recharging,
And having that self care to,
You know,
Also know,
Like,
When my body has had enough,
Right.
And,
And to follow that and to pay respect to that.
So I put on these maps,
And I start walking,
And I'm probably walking for about,
I don't know,
1015 minutes with the maps.
And it started to guide me back to the trails,
The trail I just came off of.
And it was so funny.
You know,
It was funny,
Because intuitively,
It was like,
I know this makes sense logically,
Because this is where the maps are saying to go and they can track my physical location.
But intuitively,
It was like,
No,
No,
We're gonna keep walking.
We're not gonna go down there.
We're gonna keep walking.
We're meant to keep walking.
So I was like,
Okay,
I trusted my intuition.
I kept on walking.
I'm like,
Okay,
I'll be home soon.
I'll just keep enjoying this walk and I'll be home soon.
And the same thing happens again,
About,
I don't know,
15 minutes ish down the road,
Where it wants me to go back to the same trail again through a different,
On a different street.
And,
And I stopped,
Right,
And I listened.
And I'm really paying attention to my intuition,
Right?
And I'm,
And I'm,
Like,
I'm almost getting confused by this point.
I'm like,
Is this not where I should be going down right now?
Like,
This is where it's leading me.
And sure enough,
Spirit was like,
No,
That that's not it.
Keep walking.
And although I was confused,
I was like,
Okay,
It's a little confusing.
I'm not really sure what's happening.
I'm unsure of the outcome.
I'm not sure if I'm going to get lost.
And I decided to just like trust in spirit,
You know,
Keep walking,
To not go down that path and keep walking.
So that's what I did.
And it ended up happening,
Happening a third time.
So by then I call one friend,
Just for the company,
Because she's not really sure about the area either.
So I call her just for the company,
Sharing this little,
This little journey with her,
Which,
You know,
Was very special to me.
And I was sure to let her know of that once I got back home.
It was very special to have her on this little hike with me.
And anyway,
She was kind of like my company,
And I was her company.
And,
You know,
We kind of just had a,
You know,
Casual conversation.
I mean,
I did mention,
Like,
I don't know where I am or where I'm going.
But,
You know,
It might be kind of nice to have someone for company while I figure that out as well.
And,
And again,
I feel like,
You know,
Spirit is leading me every step of the way.
It's like,
Just giving me these,
Like,
Random things that make no sense at all.
But I can,
I can get the sense,
Like,
All of it's leading me in the right direction.
Like,
There's a reason for this,
Right?
And I'm one of those people where I firmly believe that everything happens for a reason.
There is a reason for everything.
And I do,
And I do,
And I do feel that deeply.
And so we end up having a good conversation.
And my friend all of a sudden asked me,
Like,
Why aren't you going on the trail?
If it keeps on leading you back to the trail,
Why aren't you going on the trail?
And,
You know,
I discussed it with her,
How I'm like,
I don't feel like I'm supposed to.
I know it's telling me to,
But there's something off about that.
I don't feel like I'm supposed to do that.
So,
So anyway,
Eventually,
After talking with her a little bit longer,
You know,
She,
She had suggested,
Like,
Why don't you go back on the trail and just kind of,
Like,
Stay put for a second.
See if the,
The cursor,
Error,
Arrow,
Or whatever it is,
Moves or something,
Or redirects.
So I do that,
And and it doesn't.
And it's going the opposite direction.
And I don't know,
Something weird happened on the map.
It was almost like the cursor was one way in a second,
And then it was another way in a second without me moving.
I was like,
Okay,
This is weird.
So I start,
I start walking right to where it's leading me.
And it was telling me to go left.
And then I somehow was just following the curve and ended up going right.
And so this map kind of got me all confused.
And I was like,
Okay,
Well,
I did try it,
You know,
And it just wasn't,
Wasn't the answer,
Right.
So I keep walking and I tell my friend,
This was,
This is kind of fun having you experience this with me.
You know,
Thank you for this conversation.
You know,
Told her I loved her.
I'd call her on Wednesday,
And we'd hang out kind of thing.
And I said,
I think it might be time for me to call one of my other friends and ask them for help,
Try to get me home.
So she said,
Yeah,
I think that's a really good idea.
So I do just that.
And,
And I call a friend,
And she thankfully answered right away.
And,
You know,
The casual,
Like,
Hi,
How are you?
Like,
You know,
Kind of thing.
And I ended up just like,
Just like,
You know what,
I am great.
And I'm also lost.
And then I switched that I switched that word right away.
Like,
Actually,
I'm not lost.
I'm on a detour.
And it was just interesting.
I always love it when I can catch myself right.
And then when I find myself correcting myself in that moment,
And having that,
That shift so quickly,
And so effortlessly,
I'm grateful to have that.
And it's almost like second nature to me now.
And I'm very grateful to have that.
But you know,
Through talking with my friend,
I was able to come up with a solution.
I said,
Are you able to do me a favor?
If I send you my location,
You know,
Through maps,
You know,
Through GPS,
And you can be able to track me?
Will you help me get home?
I'm like,
Just please,
Like jokingly,
Right.
And of course,
You know,
We're laughing about this,
And we're making light of it.
And which is great.
And,
And I just said,
Yeah,
Like,
If you can just make sure that I am like staying off the trails,
Because that seems to be my issue.
And so sure enough,
She looks at my location where I'm at.
And she's like,
Yep,
You just need to go down here,
Down here,
And then there and then you should be home after that.
So sure enough,
I'm walking as I'm talking with her just kind of wrapping up and,
You know,
Make sure I'm thanking her for this and telling her how much I appreciate this and that,
You know,
It feels so good to,
To be knowing where I'm going now to be going home and finally being able to rest right to relax and recharge and,
And take care of my body,
Right?
Like,
Nourish myself with,
You know,
Water and good food and rest,
You know,
Put my feet up,
You know,
Really take care of my body,
Because that's what my body needs,
Right?
So as much of as much of a beautiful hike it was,
You know,
There was definitely some stressful bits,
Right?
But the beautiful bits,
All of the bits that were,
You know,
Everything,
Actually,
All of all of the emotions tied into it,
Right?
All the tiny little detours,
All of the times where it was like,
Next one,
Next one,
Next one.
Everything just made it so,
So perfect.
So magical.
When I really think about it now,
Trusting my intuition,
Even though even though I could have gone against my intuition,
Right?
I could have said,
Nope,
I am doing it my way.
And I'm going down this path because I just want to get home sooner.
And just assuming that I would get home sooner,
Just just assuming right,
Just not wanting to go any further than I am.
You know,
I could have very well done that.
I could have taken the second the second time that that,
You know,
I was prompted,
Like,
Go down this path,
Right by the maps.
But my intuition the whole time was like,
No,
Just keep going.
Keep going.
Keep going a little bit further,
A little bit further,
A little bit further.
So the symbolism here for me,
The message here for me,
Is not only was I trusting my intuition,
I was trusting my intuition.
And it was it was along the ways in which I didn't really want to follow that intuition the whole way through.
Like there were definitely,
You know,
Those times,
I was like,
I just want to do it my way.
I just just want to get off of here out of here home faster.
Maybe I'll just do it this way and just get it over with.
And I'm grateful I didn't do that.
You know,
I'm grateful I kept on moving on and moving forward.
You know,
There's something significant about continuing to basically continuing to go straight down straight through all the way,
You know,
Following that narrow path.
And there was something significant also to me about being able to look down these different paths and looking through these different paths,
And not necessarily having to walk down them.
But to continuously look down and look through these paths as I pass them.
Knowing that I knew I knew there was somewhere else I had to be.
I knew there was something better waiting for me.
I didn't know what I knew I would get to where I needed to be.
But I just knew it wasn't through these paths.
It wasn't through what the map was giving me.
It was through what Spirit was giving me.
Spirit was guiding me,
Right?
Spirit was like,
No,
It's it's not it's not here.
It's not here.
It's like,
I have the map telling me one thing.
But Spirit's the one,
Right?
Spirit's the one that is turning the wheel for me,
Right?
Spirit's the one that knows where to guide me.
And entrusting Spirit,
You know,
In following that path all the way down all the way like past all those different pathways.
I was also able to share this beautiful journey with two very good friends.
Two very good friends had the joy and being able to not only be a part of this experience with me,
But they were also able to have gratitude for being able to help me as well.
So me being able to have communication with the first friend,
Right,
Just to have some,
Some,
Some company,
Right,
Some comfort,
Some,
Just someone to talk to as I'm figuring this out,
Because sometimes that can actually help me as well to figure things out.
Even if I'm not asking directly,
Sometimes just that contact with another human is enough for me to figure something out.
And so,
You know,
The first friend,
You know,
They,
They,
You know,
First of all,
They really enjoyed having that conversation and being a part of that,
Right.
And,
And so did I.
And,
You know,
And I got a lot out of it just as much as she did.
And just that,
Just that reminder,
Like,
Just that reminder,
Like,
I don't really have to be that stubborn,
Right?
I don't have to be so self-reliant.
And there was a lot of yeah,
There was definitely a reminder there in that in that confirmation,
In in that company that I experienced.
And then the next friend that I phoned,
And the next friend that,
You know,
Was actually able to track me,
Track my location,
And to actually guide me home so much faster,
And so much more effortlessly.
No need to go on the trails,
No need to use maps.
She just looked at my location.
And yep,
This is where you need to go.
You go here,
Here,
And you should be home soon.
And,
You know,
That's the thing too,
Is like,
Not only was there that companionship there as well,
You know,
Me having her for company,
Her having me for company,
Just that one-to-one communication.
At the same time,
I was able to receive help,
And she was also able to give help.
So that giving and receiving exchange really pulled in the gratitude on both parts,
Both her and me.
And so in these moments,
You know,
Where I think I could have very well ignored my intuition,
And I could have gone down that trail.
And that'd be it.
I could have just gone down that trail and that'd be it.
I wouldn't have had these experiences.
I wouldn't have had the messages I came through.
I wouldn't have had that reminder to walk mindfully,
You know,
Walk with intention.
Because sometimes it can be very easy to forget that,
To forget to do that.
And especially when you add in if you're getting tired,
Or if you're getting a little stressed,
Right?
It can be really easy to forget that kind of stuff.
So I'm very grateful that I did not listen to the maps.
I listened to spirit.
And as a result,
I got home safely,
Faster,
Easier.
Two people were able to share my journey,
And both of them and myself,
All got something out of it for the greater good.
And what a beautiful thing to experience.
It's,
It's incredible.
In the in,
In the ways that spirit will bring us these profound realizations,
And things such as detours,
You know,
And that's what it is.
It's a detour.
I was never lost.
I was just in a detour that was leading me to to better things,
Leading me to things that allowed me to experience joy and laughter,
Right?
And that reminder to not take life too seriously,
Right?
So I'm very grateful for that.
And I'm very grateful that spirit gave me this experience that I can share it with others.
And hopefully something enlightens in them,
And sparks any insights or reminders in them.
And also to remember that sometimes,
Sometimes when we look at things,
When we when we look at things and feel as if they're like these obstacles,
Right,
That we have to overcome,
Climb over,
Run around,
Even avoid sometimes,
Right?
Sometimes these things that we perceive as obstacles,
Are really just little tiny road bumps that lead to much,
Much,
Much greater things.
On the other side,
Just on the other side of oversight is exactly what we're needing in that moment.
And it's just remarkable how something as something like a hike,
Like taking a different route,
Just that one decision,
One small decision,
Can spark so much in a soul,
Can bring so much insight,
And so much gratitude,
So much beauty,
So much magic,
So much love and joy and contentment.
You know,
It's just amazing.
One decision,
You know,
Can lead to all of this.
And it's,
It's just profound.
And I just I just love this stuff.
I absolutely just love love when this happens.
And I'm very grateful for this journey today.
I'm very grateful for the reminders and very grateful for everything that this hike and this detour and these messages have provided for me.
And yeah,
I am definitely going to take what I have learned,
Journal it out,
And,
And do my best to remind myself of this every day.
Because like I said before,
It can be easy to forget.
It can be very easy to forget.
And I am also a person that likes to have visual reminders.
I seem to do a lot better that way as well sometimes.
Not always,
But sometimes.
And yeah,
Sometimes it's just helpful to have something that's just out in the open,
Right there,
Ready to like read,
Ready to,
You know,
See,
Hear.
That's symbolic too.
I feel like that was a symbolic,
Symbolic part here.
Often too,
When I do talk,
I do also channel as well,
Unintentionally,
But Spirit does come through me automatically.
So sometimes you'll notice that I'm channeling while I'm talking as well.
So Spirit really does love to help me give messages and work through me and with me while I share my experiences,
Which is pretty cool.
Really cool.
I always love that.
And Spirit is always welcome to do that.
Yeah,
I appreciate you listening.
Thank you so much for being here.
And yeah,
If you are,
If you're wanting to,
If you feel called to,
Please feel free to share any,
Any feedback or any similar experiences you guys have had or are having.
And I will be very glad to read them.
And if you have any questions or anything like that,
Feel free to message me as well.
As always,
It is an honor.
I'm very grateful to be here.
I hope you all have a blessed day and much love to all.
Thank you and bye for now.

Thank you for taking us along through the woods with you. Listening to this is a powerful reminder of the importance of de-scheduling ourselves and experiencing nature, and how we often find our deep connectedness and oneness in the most remote settings.
