This throat Chakra Meditation helps us to reflect on our truth, our needs, our thoughts and emotions. This meditation can also help with inspiration, vulnerability and authenticity. This calming meditation can be beneficial in allowing ourselves to be vulnerable, to share our pain, and in sharing our pain, we lesson our pain. Welcome.

My name is Levi,

And today we will be doing a throat chakra meditation.

As always,

Feel free to modify any part of this meditation as you see fit.

Please keep an open mind,

Make yourself comfortable,

And minimize any distractions that may be around you at this time.

You may feel free to lay down or stay sitting up,

To keep your eyes closed or keep your eyes open,

Whatever feels best for you.

Once you are comfortable and ready,

We will begin.

So I want you to pay attention to your breath.

No need to change it.

We're just simply noticing our breath,

Whether it is shallow or deep,

Fast or slow.

Does your breath rise from your stomach or from your chest?

Just simply noticing our breath.

I want you to imagine a blue light around your throat chakra.

While you're imagining this blue light,

I want you to imagine anything that has been on your mind,

That you have not been saying out loud,

Anything you haven't been saying to yourself.

Perhaps maybe something you may be in denial about,

Or maybe something you're afraid to admit.

Maybe it's something you would like to say to someone else.

Maybe this is something that is bothering you.

Feelings,

Words that feel stuck.

Or maybe you're holding back your true expression.

Are you allowing yourself to be authentic?

Are you communicating your needs?

I want you to think of any situation,

Any one of these things I just mentioned,

And bring it to the forefront of your mind.

I'll give you a moment to do so.

And just remember whatever comes up,

Hold space and compassion for whatever comes up.

There is no judgment here.

No need to feel ashamed or guilty.

Just simply accept whatever comes up.

Once you have what you need,

Whatever came up for you,

I want you to imagine,

Imagine doing this exact thing,

Whatever it is,

Whatever it is that I listed.

And imagine what it would feel like for you to accept that truth,

To speak that truth,

And to be in that truth.

If you could give this truth to yourself,

Or to somebody else,

Which is also giving to yourself as well.

Imagine what that would look like.

Imagine what that would feel like,

Without any expectations on the outcome.

So go ahead and imagine this scenario playing out.

And ask yourself,

What would change if I did this?

As you're thinking of this,

As you're visualizing this,

This blue light around your throat chakra is expanding and becoming brighter.

It's soaking into your throat.

It's cooling the energy like water.

Feel this sensation,

This cooling,

Watery energy of this beautiful blue light,

This healing blue light,

Relaxing in to your throat chakra.

Imagine this blue light enabling you to do this.

You already have the potential,

The power,

The courage,

The strength,

The bravery to do what you need to do.

Whatever truth needs to come out,

Whatever words in whatever way needs to come out,

Whatever acknowledgement you have to give yourself or to somebody else,

This will help this come out.

Just be with this for a moment.

Really visualize how this situation is being cultivated.

When we are truthful to ourself and to another,

Things do get brighter.

When we are in denial about something,

Whether we are keeping secrets to ourself,

Which can include our own emotions that we're scared to be vulnerable about,

We are only blocking our throat chakra.

And in turn,

We are also blocking other chakras as well.

Things go off balance.

We struggle.

Give yourself permission to not do that anymore.

Just for today,

I will be honest.

Just for today,

I will accept and speak my truth.

Just for today,

In this moment,

I accept and acknowledge the truth.

Just for today,

I will communicate my needs truthfully and I will honor my needs respectfully.

Repeat after me a few more affirmations.

I speak my truth with love and compassion.

I hold no judgment over my truth.

I am authentic and I am powerful.

I can communicate my needs and have them met.

I am worthy of meeting my needs.

It is okay for me to acknowledge things that might be hard to see.

I love myself for where I'm at.

My truth is my power.

Good job.

I also encourage you to do some reflection after this meditation at some point,

Some journaling,

And maybe even brainstorming or vision boarding how you are going to speak this truth,

How you're going to acknowledge this truth,

Whatever.

How you're going to show up authentically.

How you're going to meet your needs and perhaps ask for your needs to be met.

And whatever the case is,

Journaling,

Any type of reflection,

Visualization is a powerful tool for this.

And I,

Yeah,

I definitely encourage you to do so.

I feel like it would be very beneficial for you if you wish to.

And that concludes our meditation today.

So whenever you need it,
