Welcome to this meditation designed to help you let go of worry.

In this space you are free to release the weight you've been carrying.

Free to breathe deeply,

Soften your mind,

And find your peace.

Find a comfortable position either seated or lying down.

Allow your body to settle into the surface beneath you.

Feel it hold you,

Support you.

There's nowhere else you need to be,

Nothing else you need to do.

This is your moment to simply be.

Begin by bringing to mind any worries that have been lingering.

Maybe it's a situation,

A fear,

Or uncertainty about the future.

Don't judge it,

Just observe it,

Like you are noticing a passing cloud in the sky.

Now imagine this worry gently floating out in front of you.

See it as something separate from you,

Not part of who you are,

But simply a thought,

A moment,

A feeling.

Give yourself permission to acknowledge it.

It's okay to feel it,

But it doesn't have to stay.

Silently say to yourself,

I see you,

I acknowledge you,

And I am ready to release you.

As you observe this worry,

Imagine it becoming lighter,

Like it's losing its weight,

Its grip.

Visualize it slowly dissolving,

Breaking apart,

Drifting further and further away.

Feel the space it leaves behind,

A soft,

Open space in your heart,

In your mind.

Now imagine that in this space where worry once was,

A gentle light begins to grow.

This light is warm,

Soft,

And steady.

It's the energy of peace,

Calm,

And trust.

Let this light expand,

Filling all the corners where worry used to hide.

Let it fill you with a sense of ease,

A sense of trust in the process of life.

Repeat silently,

I let go of what I cannot control.

I trust that things will work out as they are meant to.

I choose peace over worry.

Feel these words settle into your heart,

Anchoring you in calmness,

Grounding you in trust.

As we close this meditation,

Take a moment to honor yourself for choosing peace.

You have let go of what no longer serves you.

You have created space for calm,

For clarity,

For trust.

When you are ready,

Gently bring your awareness back to the space around you.

Wiggle your fingers,

Roll your shoulders,

Stretch if that feels good,

And when you feel ready,

Softly open your eyes.

Carry the sense of peace with you into your day,

Knowing you are free to let go anytime you choose.
