The intention of this recording is to allow you to bring yourself back into wholeness,

To feel the expansiveness of who you are,

Each iteration that encompasses every part of you,

And the freedom that you innately have.

And as you relax now into the space that you are,

You are feeling the ground beneath you.

Just take a few deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth,

Not altering them at all,

Just bringing your attention and awareness to them now,

Noticing the.

.

.

And as you feel the space beneath you and know that you're safe,

Know that the sound of my voice will guide you and go with you,

And any of the sounds that you hear outside,

Or just allow you to relax even deeper now,

As you know that you are safe to feel now.

Because you're safe to feel now,

You're safe to see yourself now,

And you have the ability to choose.

You can break free of the confines,

Need to suppress or reject any of the feelings that you may have.

You can bring all those parts of you together now,

Because you can bring them all together and you know that you're safe to feel and see them.

You allow them,

And as you allow,

You accept,

And as you're allowing and accepting,

You can reveal every aspect of yourself now.

Feeling into the openness,

Into the limitless space that you have all the time,

That there's no rush,

There's nothing to do,

Nowhere to go,

But to be here now.

That's right,

Just be here now.

Feeling the lightness as it moves through your body,

The light as it beams out of you,

Moving through your chest and arms,

All the way down your stomach,

Your legs.

Every part of you now is light,

And as it is light,

Your mind is open.

Because it is open,

You feel at peace now,

And as you feel that peace,

Openness,

You can love yourself in your entirety.

In the magical,

Abundant,

Expansiveness of who you are and who you've always been,

And those parts of you that may have been hidden are safe to show themselves now,

Because they're held,

They're seen,

And they are loved,

Because you are loved.

And as you hold yourself in this space now,

And allow yourself to move through whatever feelings you may have,

Knowing that you need no judgment,

That they are there to be felt,

Completed,

Whenever you may go through this process,

It is just a reminder into the vastness of who you really are.

And you can continue to stay in this space now,

Into the expansiveness.

When you're ready,

You can open your eyes and take this feeling of acceptance and love and harmony with you throughout the rest of your day.
