Find yourself a comfortable place.
You can be seated or laying down.
Allow yourself to fully arrive presently in your body,
Just noticing your breath.
No need to alter or change its rhythm right now,
Just noticing and becoming present.
Notice the inhale and the exhale through your nose or mouth.
Is it labored or is it soft?
Notice the depth.
No need to alter or change,
Just the presence.
On your next breath,
I want you to breathe in through your nose.
Long,
Slow,
Deep inhale.
On the exhale,
Allow it to leave your mouth.
Even allow a sigh as you exhale all of that energy and focus into the space of you right now.
Noticing your body from head to toe.
If there's any sensations that are happening,
Any movement that needs to happen now,
Just allow it to wriggle and move out and fully settle into your body now.
I want you to focus your attention on the place of you that feels the most relaxed.
Find that part of that space that feels the most relaxed and focus your attention there.
The more you focus your attention there,
The more relaxed you become.
Because you can really relax right now,
Focusing on that part of your body,
You can allow that feeling to spread and be relaxed all the way down.
And as you can feel relaxed,
You can know that you feel safe,
Grounded in this place.
Knowing that any sound that you hear around,
Other than my voice,
Is just going to add to this relaxation.
Allow you to feel safer and more present within you.
My voice will guide you as we explore the inner space within ourselves.
Allow your attention to move to your heart space.
Allow your full attention to be focused on your heart.
What needs to be felt,
Seen and recognized.
Just notice any of the feeling sensations that are present here and allow them to be fully received.
Connect into your solar plexus.
Even place your hand here if it feels,
Or even just focus your attention there.
And as you feel into your solar plexus and allow yourself to ground there into this space.
Allow that grounding to expand out,
Knowing that you're safe and from here you can expand.
And you can sense not only yourself but everything around you,
The energy around you,
That you are connected.
And as you're connected to yourself,
You're connected to the space.
Allow that groundedness,
That connected energy to move and connect up through your heart,
Into your throat,
Up into your crown.
Allow the energetic field that you're creating,
This grounded,
Safe field,
The connectedness within you,
Into this inner knowing,
The inner spectrum of connectedness.
Maybe there's colors present here,
The energy when you attune to you.
How many more ways can you give yourself permission to feel connected,
To continue to have this inner trust,
To find the space within you.
Each and every time that you connect in with yourself,
You can feel grounded,
You can feel seen,
You can be recognized,
And you can be present with any of the feelings,
Sensations,
Or emotions that are there.
That you can drop judgment of it being right or wrong,
You can feel empowered within your discernment to choose your next step,
Your next thought.
And in this next step,
In this next thought,
You can feel at peace knowing that you have all the belief that anything is possible.
When you connect to yourself,
You are connected to the innate,
Infinite possibility of life.
As you experience the spectrum of you,
You experience the spectrum of life,
And you can have this overwhelming,
Beautiful sense of trust that allows you to surrender,
Allows you to stand up on your own,
Feel empowered and energetic,
To feel this fresh attitude that is ready to experience the fullness of life available to you.
Because the more you experience the fullness of yourself,
The more open it's up for you.
