This guided meditation and visualization has the intention for you to return to sovereignty.
To reconnect to this place within.
Where all of you is welcome.
Where you return wholly to yourself.
Find yourself a comfortable position.
You may be laying down or seated.
Have a blanket or pillow for comfort.
Take some deep breaths.
Ground into your body.
As you breathe,
Know that these breaths are the gateway of connection.
Self-connection.
Breathe in yourself.
Breathe out yourself.
I want you to imagine a beautiful light bubble surrounding you.
This light bubble of energy is connected to you.
It comes from you.
It emanates all around you.
It is you.
Now take a deep breath.
And as you take a really deep breath now.
Remember at the core of you,
It is completely untouched.
Now inside this bubble,
You sit.
And all you hear is the sound of my voice.
Guiding you.
To reconnect to yourself.
And notice where all the parts of you connect to the ground.
Each piece of you.
From your head.
Your neck.
Shoulders.
Arms.
Hands.
Your back.
Your chest.
Your hips and buttocks.
Your legs.
All the way down to your feet now.
Each part of you connected.
I hope.
Sitting inside of this beautiful energetic bubble.
An extension of you.
Emanating out into the world.
As you connect in with your body,
Your next breath.
Find the place of you.
Feel most relaxed.
Take your attention now.
Breathe into that relaxed feeling.
Take that feeling and spread it all the way through your body now.
As you relax.
Take another deep breath.
And know that each breath you take,
The more relaxed you feel.
The more connected you are.
To your body now.
Now I want you to remember a time in your childhood.
Where you were playing or by yourself.
You had everything you needed to create any world you desired.
Take that feeling of curiosity.
Excitement.
Wonderment.
Connect into that feeling in your body.
Where do you feel that feeling now?
Maybe it's in your belly.
Maybe it's in your cheeks.
Maybe this feeling wants you to move.
However you want to move.
Maybe this feeling makes you want to laugh.
Know that you can express this in any way that feels just right for you.
Take a deep breath.
Connect with these feelings.
And really feel this sense of freedom of expression.
Let it move through your body now.
Place your hands on your heart as you connect and breathe.
Can you remember a time where you felt so full of laughter?
When being silly was just so much fun.
When you would laugh for no reason at all.
Sometimes you would laugh so much that your cheeks hurt from smiling.
And your belly ached.
Oh the joy you felt.
You are a playful creator.
Remember.
Connect with these feelings.
Breathe life into these feelings and remember them now.
And as you breathe life into this feeling,
Move them through your body and extend them outside of your physical body now.
Feel them extend out into your bubble of sovereignty.
And as you send out your unique energy expression,
Allow yourself the gift of feeling the wondrous energy all around you now.
Your life force energy.
Your unique expression.
Breathe deeply into your belly once again.
Three deep rounded breaths.
And place your hands on your heart.
Remember,
You are never apart from these feelings,
From this expression.
It is at the very core of you.
It emanates from you.
It is you.
