This is a standing meditation to help you feel more grounded and clear. The guided visualization and breathing creates a feeling of stability and rooting into the Earth. Try to listen to this while you stand with your bare feet on the ground.

Welcome to this standing guided meditation for grounding.

Yes,

This will be a standing meditation,

So if you are seated right now and want to stay seated then maybe it's a great idea to find a different meditation.

However,

If you truly want to feel grounded,

See if you could stand up and for extra bonus points you can pause this recording for a bit and go outside,

Put your bare feet on the earth and then start this meditation from here.

Once you have your bare feet on the ground,

Make sure your toes are pointing forward in the same direction as your hips are facing.

Lift up your toes,

Spread them apart and put them back down on the earth.

Inhale and feel your spine lengthen.

Exhale,

Feel the energy go down your body,

Down through your legs,

Through your feet into the earth.

On your next inhale,

Inhale up the energy from the earth through your feet,

Up through your body,

Through the crown of your head.

Exhale,

Allow that energy to flow back down your body,

Through your feet,

Back into the earth.

Continue inhaling and every time you inhale,

Pull up energy from the earth through your feet.

The earth has an electrical charge to it and when we make contact with our bare skin,

We are absorbing the earth's energy.

On your exhales,

See if you can imagine exhaling out any energy you no longer want to carry.

Any heavy energies that you want to release,

Allow them on the exhale to flow down into mother earth where she can transmute these energies into something more useful.

Take these next few breaths to go through the cycle of inhaling mother earth's energy up into your body and exhaling any unwanted energies back down into mother earth.

And then on your next exhale,

Imagine roots growing down from your feet,

Piercing through the earth and digging down deep.

With every exhale,

The roots grow deeper and deeper into the earth.

Keep exhaling and allowing the roots to grow down deep into the center of the earth,

Noticing yourself feeling more rooted and more stable as you stand connected to the earth and being held securely by mother earth.

Even after this recording ends,

See if you can stand there and imprint this feeling of being grounded with a solid foundation in the earth.
