This guided meditation was channeled from spirit in order to help us overcome fear.

When we feel fear,

There's a nervous energy that runs through our bodies,

And it takes over our whole being.

Our mind races with uncontrollable thoughts of the worst possible scenarios,

And it only gets worse as we perpetuate and stoke this fire.

But there's something that can be done about it.

We can actually take some simple steps to allow that fear to dissolve from our bodies.

Fear contracts us.

It shrinks us and keeps us small.

Fear of the unknown,

Fearing the worst of what might happen.

This does nothing for us but contract our energy and our whole being.

We can stop allowing the mind to jump to the worst possible conclusions and trust that whatever comes our way is meant for us.

The universe knows that we have the strength and capacity to live through whatever it is that comes our way.

The path ahead may look like there are large gaping holes in it,

Where if you take the wrong step,

You might fall through.

See the situation for what it really is,

Just unknown parts of your path for now.

When you've crossed that path and look back,

You'll see that the gaping holes have filled in completely,

And you can see the whole picture.

But for now,

There are unknown parts,

And that's okay.

See it as a mysterious adventure and take one step at a time.

No need to fear the future or the unknown.

For this next part,

If you can either stand or be seated with your feet firmly on the ground,

This will help in releasing the fear energy out of your body.

So get yourself situated in whatever position feels right for you,

And feel your feet on the floor.

And then we're going to take a nice deep breath in and exhale it out through the mouth,

Allowing the shoulders to relax down.

Breathe in again and release with a long exhale,

Allowing the tongue to fall away from the roof of the mouth.

On this next exhale,

We're going to envision that the fear in our bodies is going to dissolve down through the body,

Through the feet,

And into the earth.

Envision on your next exhale your fear draining out of you,

Draining down through your feet into the earth,

Allowing Mother Earth to absorb and take in what you no longer need to carry.

She will lovingly do that for you.

With every exhale,

Let the fear energy drain down from your body,

Out of your feet,

Into the ground beneath you.

And once you feel that most of the fear has left your body,

Notice how your body feels now.

With the fear released,

You now have space inside,

Space to call in a higher vibration of energy.

What vibration would you like to invite and expand inside of you today?

Maybe it's unconditional love for yourself,

Joy,

Peace.

Whatever it is,

Imagine that this higher vibration of energy is inside a big iridescent bubble right in front of you.

Can you get a sense of what it feels like?

Then notice that the bubble is moving closer and closer to you until it envelops your whole body and infuses you with this energy.

Inhale it in and allow your energy to expand with it.

Moment to moment,

Feeling this newer,

Higher vibration of energy infusing in you and expanding each moment with every breath.

Trust.

For this next part,

If it feels comfortable for you,

Close your eyes down so you can turn more inward and repeat to yourself,

I believe in you.

I believe in you.

I believe in you.

And notice and feel where that voice is coming from.

Now slowly see or name three things that you are truly grateful for in your life.

See them or name them one at a time until you feel a shift in your body,

A shift in your energetic being.

If you felt a shift,

That means you have now jumped into a new timeline where the old fear has dissolved and you are filled with the knowing that you are strong and can walk this life with a fresh and expanded sense of being.

If you haven't quite felt a shift yet,

That's perfectly okay too.

Allowing deep-rooted fear to dissolve out of our bodies is usually not a one-time magic trick.

To really work on our deep-seated fears,

We must also understand the source of the fear.

However,

Coming back to repeat this practice over time can help you slowly release the fear energy.

It'll also help bring in the higher vibration energy that you want to feel more of in your life and help you to infuse it into your cells.

The power of visualization and intention really works if you take the time to feel it in your body as well.

And I hope you can leave this meditation feeling that new higher vibration energy that you welcomed into your body.
