Welcome to this manifestation meditation.
Manifestation is such a powerful practice that can help you to turn your desires and goals into reality.
It works by encouraging your brain to subconsciously seek out what you really want and to take the steps to reach this one certain goal you have in mind for yourself.
The more time you spend in focusing on this one intention,
The more you convince yourself that it is within reach.
This shifts your mindset to make your dream come true.
So let us begin to make your dream come true.
Find a comfortable position,
Either seated or laying down.
And when you're ready,
Gently close your eyes.
Take a full deep breath in and exhale,
Fully let go.
Another inhale and exhale.
One last breath together,
Inhale deeply and exhale fully.
Relax your body completely.
With each breath,
Release any tension you may be holding and let yourself allow to fully arrive here in this space,
In this present moment.
The first step of manifestation is to set your intention.
Think about a new reality you want to create.
What is your goal?
What is your desire?
Bring one clear intention into your awareness.
Now after you have chosen this new reality for yourself,
Gently repeat,
This is what I choose.
This is what I welcome.
This is what I choose.
This is what I welcome.
Now imagine the version of you who already has what you want.
Let this vision become real and alive.
Picture yourself walking towards your future self.
Notice the calmness,
The fulfillment,
The confidence.
When you reach the certain goal you have in mind for yourself,
Gently step into your future self,
Merging with the reality where your desire is already fulfilled.
Now allow yourself to truly feel the experience of your new reality.
The warm,
The connection,
The strength,
The confidence,
The calmness and safety,
Whatever it is for you.
Let the feeling fully sink in.
Now place both of your hands on your heart center and say,
This is my reality.
I'm aligned with it.
I'm worthy of it.
This is my reality.
I'm aligned with it.
I'm worthy of it.
Feel the gratitude,
Joy and certainty filling your entire being.
Now imagine a warm light in your chest,
Representing your new reality,
The desire,
Your goal.
With each exhale,
Let it expand outwards and say,
I release it.
I trust it.
I allow it.
I release it.
I trust it.
I allow it.
Let go of any doubts and trust the universe as carrying your intention forward.
And softly say,
Thank you for what is already mine.
Thank you for what is already mine.
Now take a full deep breath in together and exhale fully let go.
Slowly bring your awareness back to the space around you.
You can start bringing some little movements into your body and gently open your eyes carrying this sense of clarity and tension and manifestation with you into the rest of the day.
