Welcome to this meditation affirmation practice for clarity,
I invite you to find a comfortable position,
Either seated or laying down.
When you're ready,
Gently close your eyes and take a full deep breath in and exhale fully let go,
Another inhale and exhale,
Last one together,
Inhale and exhale.
Now bring to your mind a situation,
A person or anything else you would like to gain more clarity about,
I will give you a few moments to focus on that.
So now I will share some clearing affirmations for you,
After I say each one twice,
I will leave a space,
A space to just breathe or to repeat these affirmations in your mind or out loud,
Whatever feels right for you,
Let them fully sink in,
Let us begin.
