Allowing myself to explore their roots I create space between the trigger and my response I am learning and growing from my triggers and using them as opportunities for healing I pause and reflect before outsourcing my emotions as someone else's problem to solve I am mindful of my emotions and how they impact those around me I replace my personal agenda with what serves the best interest of all involved I engage in self-reflection to understand how my emotions may influence my perceptions and how my perceptions may influence my emotions
