What emerged is a gentle, soothing, and optimistic sonic journey that honors our desire to make positive changes, both personally and outwardly. This is not a rally-cry (the command of the Gong never surfaces), but an ode to all the progress you/we have accomplished up to this moment and our continued motivation onward to do good, to improve. We each have the experience, strength, and courage needed to continue that journey towards our best selves. As we are ready, each in our own time.
