Hello crystal lovers,
Welcome to my meditation where I will be channeling a crystal healing session using a crystal layout designed to enhance a positive mindset.
My name is Laurie Jane and I'm a certified master transpersonal crystal healing practitioner and energy healer.
And today I'll be working with your energy as I channel this beautiful crystal healing using their power of intention for your highest and best good.
This is going to be a session where we infuse the vibration of selected crystals to help create a shift within the mind,
Releasing old stagnant energy so we can replace this with positivity.
Our thoughts create our reality so everything you think is having a flow on effect and is attracting that vibration.
If you think of your mind as a garden,
A garden requires care so it can look and feel its best.
A garden requires you to pull out the weeds,
Replant new seeds and make sure it is watered so it can continue to grow.
The intention of this session is to send a positive flow of energy to help you shift from a disempowering mindset to an empowered mindset.
So start to take a few deep breaths and allow your body to relax,
Allowing every breath to relax you deeper and deeper,
Letting go of anything you no longer require to hold on to,
Releasing any tension or stress in your body as you allow yourself to get in a state of receiving,
Ultimately a state of flow.
I will also ask you to drop any barriers or any expectations you may be holding onto.
I am now going to connect to you energetically so I can channel this high vibrational crystal layout to your energy field.
The energy I will be channeling is divine energy,
It is source energy so it is of the highest vibration.
You are free to accept or reject this healing and may higher will be done.
Energy knows no time and space so just allow me to send you the energy signature of this session so you can receive the benefits.
I now start to send the energy of protection and I want you to visualise a white light coming from the top of your head,
Through your body and down out your feet and then imagine it as it comes back and wraps around your entire body and being.
This white light then extends out into the room you are currently in,
Expanding further throughout your entire house.
This white light keeps you safe and protected during this session.
We also invite Archangel Michael with his diamond silver sword to assist in this session in clearing out any lower vibrational energies which are not here for your highest good.
And we invite Archangel Saint Germain to cast his platinum violet flame around your energy now so any negativity you release during this session can be transmuted back into pure energy of love and light.
We also invite our spiritual teachers and angelic guides of the highest truth and integrity to contribute to this healing for your best and highest good with ease and grace.
I will now begin the session as I start to invoke the energy signatures of each of the crystals starting below your feet at the earth star chakra.
Today I will be using some smoky quartz to help ground this energy of the session and assist us to transform our fears and judgements and bring them to the light so that they can be transmuted into thoughts of a more positive vibration.
Connecting to the energy signature of smoky quartz now and sending my intention to the crystal for this layout.
We now bring our attention to the top of our head,
Your higher crown chakra,
As I invoke the energy signature of this beautiful quartz cluster so it can expand and reach its pure vibrational energy out in all directions.
This helps to expand our awareness and to connect us with our higher self for guidance and helps us to acknowledge that we are beings of limitless potential.
I now connect to the energy signature of quartz cluster and send my intention to the crystal for this layout.
Now bring your awareness to your third eye chakra located between your eyebrows where we send the energy signature of a clear quartz point as it allows this energy to flow down through your entire body.
It allows us to understand that within every challenge there is always a blessing and an opportunity for growth.
This crystal also amplifies the energies of the other crystals we are using within this layout.
So connecting to the energy signature of clear quartz,
I now send my intention to this crystal for the layout.
Bring your awareness to the crown chakra as we now invoke the energy signature of citrine.
This crystal offers pure light energy that shines through the mind as it highlights any grey areas of negativity.
These are the negative thoughts that keep us trapped and ultimately stop us from receiving and experiencing a positive mindset.
I now connect to the energy signature of citrine as I send my intention to the crystal for this layout.
Now as we bring our awareness to the heart chakra,
The heart is strongly connected to our mindset so it's important that the mind and heart work in harmony.
We now invoke the combination of the energy signatures of rose quartz and citrine,
Again channeling the positivity that citrine offers and the unconditional love of rose quartz.
It also helps to open the heart so we can receive and process emotions like compassion,
Trust and acceptance.
Now bringing your awareness to your solar plexus,
Which is located just above your navel.
This is your power centre.
I now invoke the combination of the energy signatures of citrine and amethyst as they remind us we have the power within ourselves to change our mindset and overcome life's difficulties.
Now we bring our awareness to the sacral chakra.
I now invoke the energy signature of sunstone and will surround this with citrine.
Together these crystals infuse the sacral chakra and to help bring balance to our emotions.
And finally,
Let's bring your awareness to the base of the root chakra,
Located at the base of the spine.
I invoke the energy signature of red jasper.
This helps us to connect to our strength and to help us find our passion for life.
Also with its grounding energy,
Red jasper offers us the opportunity to see things from a different perspective and to have a more positive attitude when faced with a challenging situation.
Now that we have sent our intention to all of the crystals we are using within this layout,
If you have any intentions you would like to set for this session around your mindset and positivity,
I invite you to do that now.
We will also invite the energy of the central sun.
The sun helps us to connect with our journey and see how far we have come.
As it infuses your energy with its abundance downloads,
We also invite the central sun to encode your frequency with regeneration energy.
Notice all tiredness and old energy being washed away with the golden healing rays of the sun.
As this energy opens you up to light and supports you to express your own light in this lifetime.
I will now start by channeling the energy of these crystals,
So just allow yourself to receive this divine energy flow.
I will be quiet during this time and will come back when I have completed the session.
I have just completed cleansing,
Clearing and recharging your whole energetic being including your oracle field.
I am just going to take a moment now to wrap your energy in a protective cocoon of selenite where nothing shall penetrate this protective shield for at least 48 hours as you allow this healing to recalibrate and activate within your energy.
I have now completed this session and have disconnected from your energy so you can start coming back into your body,
Start wiggling your fingers and your toes and you can start gently opening your eyes.
