Welcome to this guided meditation where we set the intention to clear the path ahead of you,

To dissolve what no longer belongs to your journey and to open your energy field to your new way forward.

My name is Laurie Jane and I'm a crystal healing master and energy alchemist.

It is my pleasure to join you today on this guided and highly activating journey where we gently clear and infuse your forward path with crystal vibrations,

Light codes and energetic clearings.

In today's session we align with and call forth the energetic frequency of Ganesha,

The sacred gatekeeper who stands at the threshold of new beginnings,

Soul growth and transitional shifts.

He comes forth to assist in removing obstruction and to support the release of old patterns,

Contracts and subconscious resistance that have delayed or potentially limited your forward movement.

There has never been a more aligned time to set this intention.

This is a deeply healing and activating journey,

A crossing,

A completion and a new beginning.

As I will be connecting with your energy,

I now ask for your permission.

Allow your body to receive only what is right for you today in perfect comfort,

Safety and ease.

So let's begin by bringing your awareness into your belly and your breath and we just start to slow everything down.

Breathing in through your nose and then gently out through your mouth as we bring our attention to the soles of our feet.

Sense your energy flowing down into sacred Mother Earth,

Down through all her layers until you reach her rich ruby core.

Feel a warm golden high frequency liquid that starts to rise from Mother Earth as it comes up through all of her layers,

It reaches the soles of your feet and starts coming up through your ankles,

Your legs,

Hips,

Up through your heart space and around your back and your neck,

Your throat as it heads up towards the crown of your head.

Allow it to cascade gently out of the top of your head like a soft waterfall,

Cleansing and releasing heavy or stagnant energy.

We now invite Source Consciousness,

Universal White Light to flow down from the cosmos through your entire energy field,

Feel,

Connect,

See this white light,

Universal White Light flowing through your body.

We now have these Earth and Cosmic Light energies weaving together inside you,

Balancing you,

Stabilising you and preparing you for today's crossing.

We welcome our ancient teachers and angelic guides and the protective presence of Archangel Michael.

We invite the violet flame of Saint Germain to gently transmute any remaining heavy or non-beneficial energy back into pure light and love frequency.

Through this process we activate grounding,

We activate protection and we activate connection.

As part of clearing your way forward,

I'm now gently setting the intention to clear your energy field of anything that no longer belongs.

Just allow your body to soften and receive,

Calling forth the gentle clearing presence of Archangel Michael and the violet flame of Saint Germain.

We ask that your field be lovingly cleared of any hooks,

Cords,

Attachments or implants,

Any vows,

Oaths,

Promises or agreements made consciously or unconsciously,

Any soul contracts,

Karmic bindings or inherited patterns,

Any ancestral,

Past life or emotional imprints,

Beneath your feet,

The crystal pathway is carved from Tibetan quartz.

It is soft,

It is luminous and it is smooth.

This ancient crystal supports clarity,

Calm,

Purification and deep energetic clearing.

It has the ability to create a gentle bubble of light around you,

Holding you in safety and clarity with each step.

The pathway gently draws heavy or stagnant energy,

Anything that may be existing,

Even after our clearings out of the body and infuses you with its beautiful and luminous frequency.

You take a moment to peer over the side and witness the flowing water.

It's gentle movement.

You listen to the birds within the atmosphere.

You may see someone supporting you within your reflection.

This may be a spirit guide,

An angel,

An ancestor or a spirit animal.

Your team of the highest and best good,

Who love you unconditionally,

Are always welcome to join you on your path.

Let's just take a moment to see if they have any messages they would like to share.

It could be a feeling,

A colour,

A symbol,

Or you may sense nothing at all.

And trust me,

That is okay too.

They will still be with you.

Whatever you experience is perfect for you.

I now invite you to continue across the bridge and with every step,

Just feel any old worries soften and old chapters quietly close behind you.

And as you step off the bridge,

The land before you opens into a hidden highland valley.

It's wide,

It's calm and protected.

Soft golden light filters through tall trees.

Gentle mist drifts through the air.

The crystal clear river winds through the valley.

And the earth beneath your feet feels rich and alive.

This is a sacred healing sanctuary for elephants and for you.

Gentle but very powerful elephants move through the golden grasses and their presence fills the valley.

It feels mystical,

Calm and deeply nurturing.

You notice from the herd that one elephant steps forward.

Her name is Asha,

The gentle guardian of hope and new beginnings.

She is the wise leader of this sanctuary.

She has a playful and joyful presence,

But feels deeply loving,

Calm and protected.

As you sense her presence,

You can feel warmth in your chest and a gentle lightness move through your body.

In her calm,

Knowing way,

She welcomes you into the sanctuary.

And she invites you to gently set the intention.

What do you most need support with right now?

Allow your heart to be filled with love.

Allow your heart to quietly answer.

She carries this intention with great care as you continue forward on your journey.

As Asha stands beside you,

She lets out a soft,

Low call.

A gentle sound that ripples across this valley.

From the golden grasses,

Several elephants begin to slowly walk forward.

Each one carries a story.

Each one carries wisdom.

These are elephants who have found their way to the sanctuary after enduring difficult seasons.

Loss,

Separation,

Fear,

Loss,

Long journeys and change.

Yet here,

They have healed,

They have softened and they have remembered their strength.

They gather around you in a quiet circle.

Their presence feels deeply grounding.

Without words,

They begin to share their medicine.

The medicine of resilience.

The medicine of patience.

The medicine of emotional wisdom.

The medicine of gentle strength.

And the medicine of moving forward without forgetting where you've been.

Allow yourself to receive this animal medicine of the elephants now.

As their wisdom is anchoring your new path into your body.

You are safe to move forward and you are strong enough to carry your future.

And you are so,

So deeply supported.

Asha watches quietly,

Holding the space as this medicine integrates.

Without needing words,

She invites you to follow.

You walk beside her across the warm earth,

Feeling safe,

Supported and guided.

In the distance,

You begin to notice a soft golden glow forming between the ancient trees.

As you come closer,

You see that the light surrounds a beautiful stone temple.

Quiet,

Timeless and infused with sacred presence.

Soft bells can be heard in the distance.

This is the temple of Ganesha.

The sacred dwelling of the guardian of the universe.

Of thresholds and new beginnings.

You are gently guided to pause at the entrance.

Asha lowers her head in honour.

And in this moment,

The golden white light inside the temple begins to brighten.

From within this radiant light,

The living frequency of Ganesha steps forward.

His presence feels calm,

Powerful and deeply protective.

He carries the authority of divine order,

Yet the gentleness of deep compassion.

Guardian of thresholds,

Remover of obstruction,

Stabilizer of destiny pathways.

As his golden white presence surrounds you,

Your body softens,

Your breath deepens and your heart feels safe to open.

His energy brings a quiet knowing,

You are safe to move forward now.

As this beautiful temple opens out around you,

There are plush cushions and low-carved seating inviting you to rest.

Tibetan singing bowls that shimmer softly in the glow.

Asha gently guides you to sit comfortably and reminds you,

You are held,

You are safe and you are supported.

You are now going to witness a Ganesha sound bowl transmission.

This is a powerful activation.

Ganesha lifts one of the singing bowls and he begins to slowly move the mullet around its rim.

And you have just received a beautiful,

Deep,

Energetic transmission from Ganesha.

As we bring our awareness back into the center of this temple,

You now witness a radiant white flame gate that ignites.

This flame is living divine fire,

The fire of purification,

Completion and divine order.

Asha stands beside you.

Ganesha lifts his hand in blessing.

As you gently move through the white flame gate,

Allow these words to move through your field.

I now complete all old contracts that no longer serve my soul path.

I now release timelines of delay,

Struggle and stagnation.

I now dissolve subconscious resistance to my expansion.

And I now return all energy that is not mine to carry.

What is complete now completes.

What is finished now finishes.

What is ready to be released now releases.

My path is opened,

My way is clear and I am safe to move forward.

Ganesha now gently lowers his hand from your heart.

A calm and golden light continues to glow softly within your chest.

We take a moment to feel what has shifted within.

In your own way,

Gently offer gratitude to Ganesha for the clearing.

For the protection.

And for the new way forward that now opens before you.

As chapters close,

New chapters begin.

Feel his blessing gently wrap around you like a warm light.

He acknowledges you with deep respect,

Gentle compassion and quiet approval.

Asha now turns and begins to walk slowly towards the temple entrance.

You follow beside her.

As you step back out of the temple,

The golden light softens into warm sunlight.

The sanctuary feels peaceful,

Calm and complete.

And the elephants move quietly around you.

Their energy is grounding and gentle.

As they begin to lovingly escort you back.

As you return to the bridge,

You walk once more through the hidden valley.

Golden grasses sway gently in the breeze.

Birdsong drifts softly through the air.

You reach the stone bridge again.

And as you walk across it,

You may notice how light and steady your body now feels.

With each step,

Your new alignment settles more deeply into your system.

You return once more to the Tibetan Courts pathway.

Knowing that you can return back here anytime you choose.

You now know the way.

This beautiful pathway gently reflects your new frequency back into your body.

You walk slowly,

Calmly,

Peacefully,

Connected to this moment.

In the now.

Not worrying about the past.

But carrying your new way forward with you.

You just about reach the doorway where you first step through.

And as you feel your feet and you connect to your breath,

You can just connect in with your body at this point in time.

As you step back through the doorway,

A beautiful selenite cocoon of light now forms gently around your body.

This cocoon seals your field in protection,

Clarity and peace.

And now,

Gently and respectfully,

We disconnect your energy field from the Temple of Ganesha,

From the Elephant Sanctuary,

From all assisting beings with gratitude,

Integrity and love.

Your energy returns fully to you,

Whole,

Clear and grounded.

Everything is sealed.

Everything is complete.

And it is done.

And now we can bring your awareness back to your breath.

Feel your body resting wherever you are.

Wiggling your fingers and toes as we take one final slow deep breath in and release.

And when you are ready,

Gently open your eyes.
