Welcome to this guided meditation Spiritual Infusion and Activation.

Today we will journey to a sacred crystal cave where we will connect to the Earth's crystalline grid as we call forth the Atlantean High Council as they come to assist to connect us to our soul purpose and anchor us into the fifth dimension frequency,

Allowing us to reawaken and remember our divine gifts while receiving a powerful third eye activation.

As we do this we also receive ascension and awakening codes from the blue ray dolphins.

While listening to this you are also connecting and receiving healing benefits from all nine soul fragile frequencies which provides ancient healing and allows you to rebalance from a cellular level through to the auric field and outer layers of the physical body.

For those of you who may not be familiar with my work,

My name is Laurie Jane and I'm a crystal and energy healer and part of my soul purpose is to share these high vibrational guided meditations to support your journey with clarity,

Confidence and divine guidance.

So let's begin by settling in to a comfortable position,

Bringing your awareness to your breath,

Slowly inhaling and exhaling.

With each breath in imagine breathing in pure universal light.

As you breathe out release any tension,

Stress or worries.

Feeling this vibrational energy filling your entire being,

Your head,

Your heart,

Right down to your toes,

Bringing a deep sense of centeredness and relaxation.

Taking a moment to remember there is no past,

No future,

Only the sacred present moment you were gifting yourself.

We bring our attention to our heart space,

Our portal to the fifth dimension frequency and continue to breathe in this high vibrational energy.

We ask our heart to raise our consciousness and with every breath expanding our energy,

Expanding our heart space.

We now invite all beings of truth and integrity and of divine light to guide and support us today.

We call upon our ancient teachers and angelic guides to bring us into the energy of the highest love and the highest light,

Also calling forth our higher self and Oversoul.

We connect and bring forth the essence of the Dreamweaver embodied with Metatron's Cube which holds within it the blueprint of creation,

All five platonic solids ultimately creating balance.

So as we begin I invite you to imagine or set an intention that you find yourself walking around the base of an ancient mountain.

Its energy is raw,

Powerful,

Embodying resilience,

Endurance and powerful strength.

Standing now is the Silent Guardian.

It has weathered many storms and holds ancient stories and secrets.

As you find yourself walking along the mountain's path,

Notice the many carved tracks and trails winding around the terrain,

Each one leading to a different energetic portal,

A doorway to higher wisdom and being mindful of the rocky surface beneath your feet.

As you explore,

Just take your time,

There is no rush.

As with each step,

We connect more deeply to the mountain energy.

Does it feel masculine or feminine?

You may like to send this mountain some healing energy.

As we breathe in this crisp mountain air,

You feel the sensation of the sun's warmth on your skin,

As it shines down in between the treetops.

As you look around,

What wild herbs or plants do you see?

What colours are they and can you smell any aromas?

If you find yourself connecting to a plant in particular,

Take note for you to research that later,

As it may be showing up today to offer its medicine an energetic blessing,

And this may be part of your healing journey.

So as we continue and explore,

You find yourself walking up a slight incline.

In the distance,

You can see what appears to be a cavern.

With its naturally formed archways,

It is tucked into the side of the mountain,

Easily missed if you weren't paying attention.

This archway is a portal and entrance to a sacred healing cave,

One which would have formed over centuries ago.

A shadowy hidden location that goes down deep into the mountain's depths.

As you begin to approach the cave,

You are curious to see what magic it holds.

We take this moment just to clear our energy before we enter the cave.

We call upon our guides of the highest truth and resonance,

To come forth and cleanse our energy grids,

Our energy bodies,

Our chakras,

Unconscious and conscious minds,

Of all energies that do not resonate or vibrate at 100% pure love,

Light and truth frequency.

Please let go of these energies,

Dissolve all cords and repair my energy field and bodies,

To keep me in a high vibrational state.

And as I call for this,

It is done.

And we do this free of any repercussions across all timelines,

Spaces and dimensions.

As you step inside the cave,

The first feeling you connect to is you feel welcomed.

There is a slight temperature drop as you enter the coolness of this cave.

It's quite dark inside,

But there are cracks of light that seem to show enough light so you can find your way.

There are naturally formed pathways to guide you.

And as you continue to walk further into this beautiful cave,

As you come around a tight corner,

Your eyes are met with the most beautiful and shimmering glow of countless crystals illuminating the entire space.

Points,

Clusters and formations embedded along the walls and covering the entire ceiling of the cave.

Their cool crystalline energy radiates calm,

Clarity and ancient wisdom.

What a magical experience to come across,

Preserved in time.

These sparkling formations seem keen to whisper and share their secrets,

As you can automatically feel your vibration start to shift.

You've never witnessed anything like this before.

It's a hidden healing sanctuary,

Untouched by humans.

A sacred chamber of timeless wisdom concealed deep within our sacred Mother Earth.

As you cast your eyes around the inside of the cave,

You notice one particular crystal that draws your attention.

It is almost calling out to you.

As you gently make your way over to the crystal and see if you can pick it up.

It breaks off easily and you begin to hold it in your left hand.

As you connect with its energy,

You start to feel if this one resonates with you and if it's the right one.

If it is,

Then continue holding it.

But if it doesn't feel right,

Take a moment to choose another.

Allow your intuition to lead the way.

So as you hold the magnificent crystal in your hand,

You can feel its texture.

Does it have any lines or blemishes?

Can you see any cracks or fractures?

Does it feel light or heavy?

And what color is it?

You may even feel a slight vibration as it starts to connect and vibrate in your hand.

Ask the crystal if it would like to travel with you today and trust your inner wisdom with the answer.

As a wave of calm passes over you as you connect to the crystal's energy,

Assisting you to connect with Gaia's crystalline core,

Mother Earth's sacred heart.

See,

Sense or feel the crystalline light beginning to rise through the soles of your feet up from the earth as it travels up your spinal column as it starts to illuminate each and every one of your chakras one by one.

Feel each chakra opening and aligning as this divine light continues to ascend out of the top of your head,

Past the cave ceiling,

Reaching towards source consciousness.

Feel this divine light expanding upward,

Forming a radiant column of energy that surrounds and protects you as you set the intention to cleanse and transmute any stagnant or negative energies you may be carrying.

You may even see this divine light energy starting to form a luminous shield of divine protection around you.

As we feel into this process,

You begin to visualize these two beautiful spirals starting to form and rising up.

They appear like two twisted letters winding around each other.

These spirals are rainbow in color,

Offering a full spectrum of healing rays,

Connecting and working with you on a multi-dimensional level as they help to ground,

Cleanse,

Energize,

Uplift,

And work to harmonize and balance your energy across your entire being.

Feel the integration of these energies allowing your body,

Mind,

And spirit to soak in this vibrational and healing energy.

As we bring our awareness back to the crystal cave,

As you look around,

You notice to the far right appears a small ball of golden light.

This golden sphere seems to be floating gently in the space as it sparkles and lightly dances.

You carefully make your way over to the sphere and approach with curiosity.

You feel the need to pick this golden sphere up so you gently place your crystal that is in your left hand on the ground.

And then reach out as you begin to hold the sphere in your two hands.

You notice its gentle pulse and its warm and radiant energy.

You now begin to focus on activating this golden energy in the palms of your hands.

Begin by sending golden light into your hands.

As you feel your hands begin to tingle,

You know the activation has begun.

We now repeat this in our mind's eye.

Divine Spirit,

Open the well of abundance in my heart and attract God's light.

Continuous blessings into my life.

As you continue to hold this radiant and golden ball of energy,

You notice the sphere is starting to grow.

It starts to get bigger and bigger.

And you imagine this golden sphere expanding out across your entire body as it encases your entire being.

Allowing you to feel safe and calm as it acts as a divine armor of love,

Wisdom and protection.

We now call forth the Atlantean Council of Light,

A collective of higher dimensional beings that hold the wisdom and frequency of the ancient Atlantean civilization to activate dormant energies,

To help activate your psychic abilities and anchor the higher dimensional abundance grids.

Outside of the sphere,

You begin to notice these light beings appearing and starting to form a circle around you.

You count seven of these luminous beings who appear tall and slim with shimmering figures of pure light.

They all seem to be wearing a similar cloak that is a symbol of divine love.

It is of a deep indigo blue color with gold detailing,

Which almost appears as velvet to touch.

As they surround you,

You can feel their loving presence.

We now call upon the Crystalline Grid to help us link directly and we invite the gatekeepers of the highest intention and integrity to support us in this process.

As you bring your attention to your heart space,

We set the intention to now anchor this grid,

The divine light of ascension.

So we just take a deep breath as we feel these codes merge and begin to integrate.

Or a slight buzzing or tingling sensation,

As we stand witness to the Atlantean Council of Light,

These beings are dedicated to the evolution of your soul's journey.

They help you to stay aligned with the highest good for all,

There is a pool of water right beside where we are standing.

It seems the water begins to ripple gently,

Swirling with gentle movement.

And from this sacred space,

These blue ray dolphins emerge.

These powerful guides are connected to the light beings and also bring light codes of remembrance.

As the dolphins begin to gain your full attention,

Growing quite loud and lively,

Using sound and frequencies to connect with you in a playful and joyful way.

Using clicking sounds and high-pitched frequencies,

They telepathically share.

They invite you to join them on the journey out of the cave and into the light.

The Atlantic Ocean,

Which is where they have come from.

The light beings now step back as you begin to make your way into the water to join the dolphins.

As you step into the water,

You feel no fear at all.

Then you remember you have left your crystal up near the path.

If you feel drawn to bringing this crystal with you,

Then take a moment to go and retrieve your chosen crystal.

You place it in your pocket and you get back into the water.

The water is quite cold initially,

But it does feel invigorating and refreshing.

One of the dolphins swims right beside you,

Nudging you gently to hold onto his fin.

You wrap your hands around his fin,

Take a deep breath in,

And within seconds,

You find yourself flying through the deep,

Dark,

Underground passages beneath the crystal cave,

Guided by your dolphin companion,

Feeling safe and protected.

He is fast but gentle as he navigates this underground wonderland.

You can see the other dolphins swimming alongside you and in front,

Echoing their unique sound frequencies to communicate with each other.

As you now reach up towards the top of the ocean,

Still guided by the pod of dolphins,

Watching them has just been magical,

Their communication and their playfulness.

You reach the top and you take a big breath,

Now that you can breathe.

The dolphin starts to bring you ashore,

As far as he can go.

You are so thankful for all the frequencies they have shared with you also,

And the codes of light.

You now release the fin from your hands and take this moment of gratitude to thank the dolphins for guiding you out of the cave.

They also remind you,

When they start showing up more than three times,

Whether in conversations,

Dreams,

Symbols,

Or on TV,

It is an invitation to return and receive your next level of codes.

They also tell you that you can connect with them anytime you need further help or guidance.

With your crystal firmly still in your pocket,

You now make your way onto the shore and you find the track that leads back to the mountain trails.

Feeling refreshed and empowered,

Trusting that you have received everything you require today for your highest good.
