Welcome to my guided meditation which I describe as a frequency infusion for your mind,
Body and soul.
Today I will be channeling a crystal healing activation using a crystal layout designed to support our heart chakra and offer the opportunity to forgive.
My name is Laurie Jane and I'm a certified master transpersonal crystal healing practitioner and energy healer and today I'll be working with your energy as I channel this beautiful crystal healing using the power of intention for your highest and best good.
The intention of this guided meditation is to facilitate a connection with your heart space and allow any painful or unexpressed emotions an opportunity to come into your awareness and be released and healed in a soft and gentle way,
Supported by the beautiful vibration of selected crystals.
This track is also infused with a soul fragile frequency of 639 Hz associated with the heart chakra.
The benefits of this is it helps in the creation of harmonious interpersonal relationships.
This tone can be useful in managing relationship problems,
Especially those around family,
Between partners and friends.
It assists the cells to communicate to the environment and it enhances communication,
Understanding,
Tolerance and love.
Prepare for a deep relaxing activation and transmission.
So as we begin,
I'm just going to ask you to start closing down your eyes and focusing on your breath.
Make sure you're in a comfortable position.
As you breathe in,
Imagine you're pulling up earth energies through the bottoms of your feet and with every breath in,
You just keep drawing up that energy.
Up through your knees,
Up through your torso,
Up to your heart chakra,
Until you reach the top of your head.
On the next out-breath,
I invite you to imagine a waterfall of energy cascading down around your entire being.
Just keep doing this for a few more times as this is helping you ground and centre.
You can feel those earth energies running up through your body,
Connecting in deep with the sacred mother earth.
As I begin to connect to you energetically,
The energy I will be channeling is divine energy.
It's source energy,
So is of the highest vibration direct from source consciousness.
You are free to accept or reject this healing and may higher will be done.
Energy knows no time and space,
So this allows me to send you the energy signature of the session and activation so you can receive the benefits.
I now begin to send the energy of protection as I invite you to visualise a white light coming down the top of your head,
Down through your body as it reaches the soles of your feet.
It then comes back up and wraps around your entire body and being.
This beautiful white light then expands out into the room you are currently in,
Expanding further through your entire house.
This white light keeps you safe and protected during this session.
We also call upon Archangel Michael to come forth and clear out your space and any lower vibrational energies around you.
We invite the fire dragons to come forth and place a wall of fire around you and burn up any residual energy that Michael cannot reach.
We invite the golden dragons to circle you clockwise.
They are here to offer their protection and loving support as they pour high frequency light into,
Around and through your aura.
They help you hold your energy at the 5th dimensional frequency during this session.
Just relax and trust.
We also invite our spiritual teachers and angelic guides of the highest truth and integrity to contribute to this healing for your best and highest good to be received with ease and grace.
I'll now begin the session as I start to invoke the energy signatures of each of the crystals as we start below your feet at the Earth Star Chakra.
So the first crystal we will be connecting to is Obsidian.
We have the intent to place Obsidian at your Earth Star Chakra to enable grounding and protection.
Obsidian is a black glass like looking crystal and helps to strengthen our connection to the heart and spiritually a highly protective stone that forms a shield of psychic protection around you and can deflect any negativity from your aura.
Now we move our attention to the top of our head,
Your higher crown chakra.
As we connect to Selenite,
Selenite is a white shiny iridescent formation and radiates pristine and ethereal energy,
Promotes peace,
Purity and higher consciousness.
Selenite helps clear blockages within the higher crown chakra,
Facilitating access to angelic guidance and higher realms of existence.
As we bring our awareness to your crown chakra,
Represented by a shimmering white or violet colour,
We will be connecting with the energy signature of Amethyst.
Amethyst brings a calming vibration that can allow us to shift our perspective to one that is more in alignment with our spiritual belief system.
As we work our way down the chakra system,
We now connect to the third eye,
Represented by a deep indigo blue colour and located in the middle of your forehead.
We are using Lapis Lazuli which is also a dark blue colour and sometimes has magical gold flecks through it.
This crystal shines the truth into our awareness while it assists us to witness our emotional pain with insight and clarity.
A very supportive crystal for this session.
As we bring our awareness to our throat chakra,
We are connecting with the crystal turquoise.
Turquoise is a beautiful bluey green colour,
Connecting us to the ocean,
As it's known for its ability to cleanse negative energy,
Bring good fortune and enable truthful communication.
As we continue to move down the body,
We now bring our attention to the higher heart chakra,
Which is located in the thymus between the throat and the heart.
We connect with the crystal aquamarine,
A beautiful pale blue to light green colouring which also connects us to the ocean.
It works to bring harmony to emotional disputes and imbalances.
And just like the ebb and flow of the ocean tides,
Aquamarine has the ability to wash away pain and heartache,
Replacing it with compassion.
It also helps us to release that which no longer serves like emotions you may have been holding onto.
As we bring our awareness to the heart chakra,
Usually represented by a pink or green in colour,
Today we connect with rose quartz and chrysocolla.
Together they provide a gentle,
Soft and nurturing vibration to the heart as their energy seeps through our emotional layers to bring a soft release and a peace,
Acceptance and unconditional love.
Also at the heart space,
We have the intention to place some amethyst points.
These act to support the heart and create a space of safety so that we can deeply explore our emotional and painful feelings.
We also use limerion quartz points and these energise and amplify the heart healing which allows us to cleanse and balance on all levels.
Just below the heart we have the intent to work with malachite,
A beautiful crystal which is dark green and highly protective.
Malachite works like an energetic sponge as it penetrates quickly and deeply into the emotional layers,
Helping to soak up and to draw out emotional pain and trauma.
It also helps to create a protective shield around us when we are feeling raw and vulnerable.
We now make our way down to the solar plexus,
Represented usually by the colour yellow or gold.
Connecting to the energy signatures of citrine points,
These direct energy and allow the solar plexus to flow with more light,
Joy and confidence to those who may have felt emotionally broken.
They work to bring light to those parts of us of darkness and inspires inspiration and happiness as it assists in transmuting painful energies into something positive.
As we bring our awareness down to the sacral chakra,
Represented by the colour orange,
Today we'll be using the crystal carnelian.
Carnelian works to energetically heal and release blocked emotional trauma and pain that you may have suppressed or that has become stuck in the body.
It is a crystal that encourages self-acceptance,
Boosts self-confidence while helping you overcome fear,
Anger and negative emotions.
As we bring our attention down to the root chakra,
Represented as red in colour and located at the base of our spine,
We'll be working with the energies of smoky quartz.
This helps us anchor healing into the physical body while providing energetic protection.
It cleanses,
Helps to remove pain and stabilises the energies that have become unsettled because of withheld emotional trauma.
Now that we have energetically set the placement of our crystals,
I invite you to set any personal tensions you may have for this activation.
We call upon our guides of the highest truth and integrity and divine energy to come forth and cleanse our energy grids,
Energy bodies,
Chakras,
Unconscious and conscious minds of all energies that do not resonate or vibrate at 100% pure love light and truth.
We ask that each and every chakra connects to its healing energy colour and to our chosen crystals and that it spins in a clockwise fashion,
Releasing any blockages,
Imbalances and non-beneficial energy to the spiritual.
Please let go of these energies,
Dissolve all cords and repair your energy fields and body to keep you in a high vibrational state and as I call for this,
It is done.
I now ask that all of your chakras are connected and communicating and working in harmony as I draw the figure 8 symbol of healing.
As I continue to channel the energies from this crystal healing session,
I now invite you to imagine,
See or feel that in front of you is a large hot air balloon.
It can be any colour that you choose,
It can be multicoloured.
The door is open and now you step onto this balloon.
There is a spirit guide here,
They have shown up today to offer their support.
You may be familiar with the energy or this might be your first introduction.
Try and get a sense of the energy,
You may see them or they may be represented by a colour.
Just allow and trust that this is one of your guides from your personal team who is coming to support you today.
As you now start to move up,
You are floating up towards the sky,
You are going higher and higher.
As you look around the view is amazing,
You start to look down and everything is getting smaller and smaller.
Big paddocks are now resembled as tiny rectangles,
Houses and buildings becoming tiny dots and the clouds start to become closer.
Your spirit guide now invites you to think of any old anger,
Fear or resentments as pieces of luggage.
It is now time to throw these dead weights over the side.
One by one you pick up the baggage and throw it over.
As you do this,
You are so grateful for all of the lessons that these have provided and the personal growth in which you have experienced due to this luggage.
It is also a time to forgive those who may have contributed to these and to forgive yourself.
With each piece of luggage you throw over,
You witness them breaking open,
All that pent up energy now being dissolved.
You can feel your energy getting lighter and lighter as you watch the contents of the luggage flow down to earth so that mother earth can recycle and transmute this energy into a higher vibration for the good of all.
Divine healing intelligence we call upon the blue white flame of forgiveness to assist us today as it allows us to let go of all harmful ties.
We let go of all resentment,
Anger,
Hurt and distrust that we have experienced throughout all our lifetimes.
We forgive those and we forgive ourselves.
We ask that these energies now be transmuted by the blue white flame cleansing,
Clearing as it releases from our heart and soul.
Now we allow ourselves to be filled with divine love and compassion.
We take a moment just to allow this process to complete.
Notice any feelings,
Colours or symbols that may be coming into your awareness.
You now make your way back down through the clouds,
Down to the earth.
You can see that everything starts to get bigger and bigger as you get closer and closer.
You take a moment to thank your spirit guide for their connection today.
You know that you can meet with them anytime.
You continue to make your way back down in this beautiful hot air balloon until you land on the earth,
Feeling invigorated,
Refreshed,
Rejuvenated,
A sense of empowerment and a new sense of clarity,
No longer holding on to limiting beliefs and emotions.
Now I'll just work with your aura as I set the intention to balance the etheric template,
The emotional body,
Your mental body,
Astral body,
As well as the etheric template body,
Celestial body and the cathartic template.
As I call for this,
This is done.
We have now completed the session as we've cleansed,
Cleared and recharged your whole energetic being,
Including your aura.
We will now take a moment to seal your energy into a protective cocoon of selenite.
Nothing shall penetrate this protective shield for at least 48 hours as you allow this healing to recalibrate and activate within your energy.
You can start now bringing your awareness back to your body.
Just taking another deep breath,
As you start to wiggle your fingers and toes,
I invite you just to take a moment and imagine you are growing roots back down to the earth and sending mother earth some beautiful healing vibrations.
This helps to reground your energy after this beautiful crystal healing session.
I will now disconnect from your energy and remind you to drink lots of water over the next couple of days and that you may feel quite tired during this initial phase.
There may be some emotions that come to be released and I invite you to work with those,
To go with the flow,
To do some journaling and just allow these emotions to come to the surface to be let go.
Allow yourself,
