Yet in a world filled with constant notifications, information, entertainment, and demands for your focus, it is easy to become disconnected from the present moment and from yourself. This meditation invites you to gently gather your attention from the many places it has been scattered and return it to the here and now. Through mindful awareness, reflection, affirmations, and meditation, you will begin cultivating a more intentional relationship with your attention.
